It is always a pleasure to do business with Chris, the manager on site at Extra Space Storage in Port Orange. Not only is she helpful, she's resourceful and she helps solve problems! I have done business with this location for nearly 3 years and I stay there because of how confident I am and how they protect my possessions, through a very safe environment. It is also impeccably clean!

Chris, the manager at the 5850 Journeys End facility in Port Orange, goes out of her way to make the storage experience as positive as possible. She really does care and is a wonderful representative of her company. Kudos to Chris for excellent work!

Absolutely easy, incredibly clean and always accessible. The team has been professional and helpful! A great experience. We upgraded our small unit to a 10 x 20 and the ease of doing so was painless. The team has been flexible and worked to make our lives easy. Moving from Maryland to Port Orange has been challenging. The entire team and management has made things easier. I give them five stars with no hesitation.

The process of setting up a space was very quick and easy. The space I used was the perfect size I needed and fit a lot more than I expected. The price was great given it was air conditioning too. Accessibility was convenient and easy when I needed to get to my unit. I felt quite comfortable with my stuff here as the security level is as promised. I never had any issues but had some concerns about a bill which they were able to handle and address right away. The staff is always nice and quick to answer any questions I had. If I ever need to use a storage unit again I would definitely consider this place again.

Throughout the time that I’ve used Extra Space Storage, I have been very happy with the facility and staff, especially CHRIS! The only reason I didn’t give them a five star rating is my rent almost doubled within months of signing up. I think that all of the storage places pull those bait-n-switch tactics.

Easy process to rent a unit. Staff was very pleasant. Facility is well maintained and easy to access unit. First experience with carts being available to load and unload belongings. After being flooded yet again and needing a storage unit, I was expecting the nightmares I’ve had in the past. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience under horrible circumstances.
