Goodwill is a large, spacious, and clean store with an amazing amount of items. It offers a great selection and variety of clothing and housewares, with a very large selection overall. Many customers report excellent experiences, finding very reasonable prices and some nice deals. The customer service is noted as quick, efficient, and friendly, with helpful and kind staff who make donating a pleasure. However, some feel that over the last few years the great finds and good deals are no longer, stating that prices are now very high and even insanely overpriced on many items. This has led to shelves being bulging and overwhelmed. A noted downside is that there are no dressing rooms.
