Goodwill is a large, spacious, and clean store with an amazing amount of items. It offers a great selection and variety of clothing and housewares, with a very large selection overall. Many customers report excellent experiences, finding very reasonable prices and some nice deals. The customer service is noted as quick, efficient, and friendly, with helpful and kind staff who make donating a pleasure. However, some feel that over the last few years the great finds and good deals are no longer, stating that prices are now very high and even insanely overpriced on many items. This has led to shelves being bulging and overwhelmed. A noted downside is that there are no dressing rooms. Despite mixed views on pricing, many find it a great place with a plan to return regularly.
Very large with pretty good quality for a Goodwill. I always end up with several bags full.

I dropped off a box of things today and the staff was actually kind of rude to me. It's bad enough that they've raised prices so much, but now I'm giving them free stuff for their company to make money off of and they're gonna be rude? No way. I'll just donate to local churches from now on.

I love this goodwill. Its so much better than my local one. With high end name brand clothing at a fraction of the cost
