Ben and his team at High Profile 4x4 were nothing short of amazing. Before coming to his shop, another place told me I needed all four new tires—even though mine aren’t even a year old. Thankfully, I found High Profile 4x4 and they were able to help me with the screw that was in just one of my tires.
They got me in within three hours of my call, and everyone there was extremely kind, honest, and helpful. I will for sure be coming back to this shop and will recommend them to anyone who needs help with car or tire issues!

Spent $1800 on four new tires as a previous customer twice before with two new sets of tires and a 6 inch lift. You would think the owner then would have a little bit more respect and understanding when he installed new tires but did not replace a cheap valve stem which evidently caused a slow leak on a new tire less than 16 hours after installation, causing a flat on a highway, followed by a tow and another new purchase of a tire ($500). Ben is refusing to replace the tire because his distributor will not replace it for free for him clearly Ben is new to resolving business conflict and failing to do the right thing to a repeat customer who has spent over $12,000 over five years do not recommend will not go back. Lost a customer for life. A easy replacement would have been a normal fix in the situation.

Ben and his team took care of me and I was very satisfied with the service I was provided. The price was very fair and reasonable. I had my tires rotated and replaced 2 Nitto Ridge tires. The They are very knowledgeable and passionate all things 4x4 tires, suspension, rims etc. I will definitely be back for future tire replacements and dialing in my 4x4 ! Great company overall

Just added a 2-inch leveling kit, upgraded to 20-inch wheels, and installed a set of all-terrain tires—and I couldn’t be more impressed. The truck has a bold, aggressive stance now, and it rides smooth both on the highway and off-road. The front end sits perfectly level, and the overall look is exactly what I was going for.
Huge shoutout to Ben for helping me customize everything. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and really listened to what I wanted. He walked me through every option and made sure I got the right setup for my driving style and look. Couldn’t have done it without him!

I brought my JL in for a lift and they did an excellent job. Reasonable pricing for quality parts and labor. Very happy with the finished product and will definitely be back if I need any more work done.

Had a flat on my lifted F450 and showed up at Ben’s shop hoping to get it fixed. The guys were able to work me in and get me back on the road even though they were very busy. Not many good people left in the world but Ben and his crew were awesome. Thanks again you guys saved my day!!!!
