We have been with State Farm for years now. It was brought to our attention recently that we were not receiving an additional discount that we should have been getting from day one. Karen, started looking into it for us and after a lot of investigation and hard work from her, she was able to rectify the situation and got us a rebate, that we were not expecting. Karen went above and beyond her duties to help us get money we didn’t realize we had been spending. Every time we talk, she knows exactly who I am and she treats us like family. She truly cares about her clients and for that alone, she is the best! Thank you so much Karen!! Your hard work and dedication goes a long way with us!

I've been with State Farm more than 34 years. And the people at this office are great! I went to get reimbursed for towing after my car ran over this. I have no idea what this is. Anyone have an idea?
