My 8 year old son has to get his blood work done every 3 months, and we always take him to this location. Everyone is so nice, and Norma does a great job with my son.

The service here has gotten so bad. No one at the desk. The phlebotomist are having to answer questions as they come out trying to call people back. Efficiency people! There are so many ways you can do better!!!!!

Went to go get lab work done on Monday. Had to not eat anything so I went around d 9:00. Got there and they wouldn't see me. They changed to no walk inside appointments only. They changed because so many old people complained they had to wait hours before they got service is what I was told. That's bullshit because I've never waited very long and the people in the waiting room didn't either while I was there. I think they didn't want to have to pay for a front desk person anymore. They gave me a phone number to call and since Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday ive called and i get to the place to say where i want to go i get cut off. They hang up on me. Don't go to them anymore.

I was there At 12:15pm for my scheduled 12:30 Appt, no one‘s at the front desk to ask questions to or turn in lab papers to. Didn’t bring me back till 1:05pm just to tell me that they need an hour with me for my test So they are not able to see me because they close at two. My schedule is very tight, appointments during the week for me it’s very hard for me to schedule. After I was told this information I was left in the room, didn’t even walk me back to the front, The next patient was called and brought back into the room that I was in. I understand you’re busy but be professional. Now I have to schedule another appointment which every location is pretty booked up for another two weeks.

I arrived at 9:30 late morning for a fasting lab, thinking few would be there. True, not many waiting. Signed in and offered appt. at 11:45. Said I'd wait. Read my book. At 11:00 I was told the wait would be till 1:00 (for a fasting lab!). Most names called meanwhile for appointment times were not present but those waiting were not taken in. Told it was for customer convenience (NOT!) that I waited over an hour for nothing. Tried online to schedule appt- out 3 weeks! THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF!!!!!!!!! to accomodate their customers.

I went and though had confirmation of set appointment, and there and correct time, and getting sick from fasting all morning, never got service. I had to leave! Sick and nausea and waiting one hour plus

Since they have changed their policy to appt only and no walk ins their service has sucked. I live in the Daytona Beach area. Now it takes almost a month to be able to find an appt. You log on and it says 0 available at all locations around me. However when you show up for your appt time it’s not uncommon for them to call 5-6 appts where the people are no shows. Yet they refuse to take walk ins. So basically those no show appts are now empty slots that could have been filled with a walk in are wasted. Don’t dare ask the people at the counter a question, customer service must not be a requirement when hired. Their new system is definitely broken, and this certainly does not streamline anything. Horrible service

Excellent experience! The staff was extremely helpful and I was taken in immediately. The blood draw was painless and quick as my phlebotomy nurse was Pro! She took my advice and used the butterfly on my arm and nailed it first time, and was quickly done. All the people there were Great!
Facility was nice! Thanks Ladies!
See you again for sure!

Don't go there, no help, no appointments until January 7th. Ridiculous, Quest diagnostic does take walk ins.

Very nice women are at this location. I usually go to the one in South Daytona on Beville Road. But they’re always too busy and now you have to have an appointment. I was months late for my lab work and these women took care of me last minute. I made sure to get the recent faxed over because I wasn’t there. Thank you.

Port Orange tram bravo! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their staff helped to resolve my issues quickly after getting the run around from their Ormond beach and Daytona locations.. Thank you to the receptionist and their workers for being fast and organized and getting us all in and out quickly. In less than 30 min, 15 people came in and out. Wow 🤩 that’s impressive!

Norma is amazing! She did my first blood draw years ago, and now doing blood draws for my first pregnancy! She is so kind, calming and informative! So gentle too! I’m so blessed she works there! Labcorp is lucky to have her! Thank you Norma for making what is a bit nerve wracking for some a smooth sailing!

I don't know how anyone could give a bad review for this labcor location on Nova road! The last time I went Kiki drew my blood, 1st time it was Randall! Both were excellent! The place is clean and all the front desk personnel are friendly and quick!!
