I would like to say this Lowes is one of the best Lowes that I have been into in a while. I work in different areas these day everyone avoids you if they have to help you. I was approached by many employees asking if i needed assistance in different departments. I felt like I was at the corporate store.

Mediocrity at its best. Not enough employees. Took 20 minutes to get someone to come to pickup area to pick up an item I let them know an hour ahead of pickup when I would be there. Spent $2000 there in a month. Never once in 10 trips did they have any tue down rope at any door. 5 days in a row. 10 total. Woman at front desk yelled at me because I could not hear her. Never could find a manager.

The customer service reps are always very helpful inconsiderate of the customers also the organization in the store is above approach it's always a customer friendly setting with great service

Went to buy a washing machine and the clerk ran it up as a dryer. I never noticed their mistake until the next day when they tried to deliver a dryer. I had to go back to the store and reorder AND repay (I’m still waiting for a refund). Still waiting on the new washer AND never once did anyone apologize for their mistake.

January 7th 2025, STILL No service as usual have to look for a cart in a garden center every time I go there I spend more time looking for a freaking cart,this place sucks, MANAGEMENT has NO CLUE WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE STORE, AND IT SHOWS FROM THE TOP DOWN, THAT'S WHY HOME DEPOT GETS ANYWHERE FROM $1 TO $30,000 A YEAR, and Lowe's zero

If I could give the store a zero star, I would! Four times! I came to the store to spend $5000 on a front door and four times I was told the employer that works the door department called in sick after I waited 45 minutes to an hour different times. this is a manager, telling me this. Seriously I don’t understand. This last time they asked me to come back certain times on a certain day. Are you kidding me after four times I won’t be back!

I purchased a door from in home pro Mitch to be installed by a sub-contractor. Initially the experience was pleasant however it did not last long. I requested a fiberglass door and that's what I thought I paid for. When the contractor came it was a steel door, not the end of the world. The contractor was fantastic and the install was flawless. The experience with Lowes was less than pleasant. When Mitch asked me to sign the contract he presented a notice of commencement. I asked him who was requiring one as my project was under $5,000 dollars and its not required (F.s.s. 713). Mitch stated "I'm used to having all my jobs require one since they are always over $5,000 dollars." Once I paid Mitch for my door he stated that it would take about 2 weeks for the permit. I kept checking to see if it was in process however it was not listed on the City's website where I live. I texted Mitch to see if he could provide me an update however he never responded, in fact I had no other communications with Lowes after they took my money, Garrett the owner of the business who would be installing my door called me and told me the permit was issued and he could come install the door a few days later. Garrett's crew picked up the door from Lowes on their way to my house to install the door. I was charged the $79 dollar Lowes delivery fee by Lowes when I paid for the install, Lowes did not deliver the door!! Once the door was installed Lowes from the corporate office reached out to schedule the final inspection. On the day I requested no one showed up at the agreed upon time. I called the Chief Building Official and he stated that it was never scheduled! Luckily I'm a code inspector in the area and have a good relationship with other municipalities, he apologized and came over right away (even though it was not his mistake). I will never do pro service business with Lowes again!! I wish I had hired the contractor directly. Buyer beware, once Lowes has your money they could care less. The contractor's company is called Gershon Windows, I would highly recommend them, they were fantastic.

Good sandwich full of meat.
Fries over done. They don't empty the basket between orders just keep adding to it. Lot of really hard ones

As a former employee I can say the place needs some help. I went to the garden center which itself was neat and clean. Anywhere near pool supplies and grass seed was a hot mess. We would never be allowed to leave an area looking like this did. Usually the store isn't that bad. Either management refuses to assist or you need to hire people.
