Staff was friendly and very helpful. Fantastic selection of rugs on location, ability to cut and sew edge on location. Also able to order rugs. Definitely recommend.

Great rug store,plenty of reasonably priced rugs to choose from. Staff was very engaging and personable, knowledgeable about their products and ready to answer questions. Met the owner and very kind and down to earth. Looking forward to accessorizing my house with more beautiful rugs

We had an excellent experience choosing the rugs for our condo. The staff allows you to take the carpet with you (after providing id) home to see if it’s a fit for your space. The ability to see the different rugs in your space helps with your decision and designing options. They also provide First Responder discounts which is an amazing benefit to give back to our community public servants! Definitely recommend them!

I paid for 3 rugs, received only 1, advised they other 2 are ordered after they charged my credit card. Originally told everything is on hand. She refused to refund for rugs she didn't have and I pursued through my credit card, 6 months later I was told she refused to pay credit card company back. That is really bad business. Would never recommend her since she lied about her products

Great place to have your rug MicroSealed. A necessity if you have pets or children. Have it delivered too! The crew is excellent and takes the stress out of the whole process.

From the front, this store is very unassuming. Once inside, this store is overwhelming. I spent an eternity digging then found a small pink VW car carved in to a rug. Robert, one of the owners, explained that any vision can be turned in to reality. My vision took 3 months but was worth every day and every penny. Our boat is gorgeous but the pics don’t do it justice. Thank you SO much for this experience.
