The manager is rude and degrading to women. Made illegal and inappropriate comments to my underage daughter. Please fire this guy. He has so many bad reviews I wasn't shocked to see. "Meek" should be a name for decent people. Not this individual.

Manager “meek” is extremely sketchy. He charges people for items they didn’t agree with, then kicks them out of the store if they complain. He’s a lunatic. This place is sketchy because of him. I hope the managers above him see this message. Do not trust this psycho.

The manager “meek” made inappropriate comments to my daughter and I.. I also noticed him being rude to other customers as well, while I was in the store. I said I was going to tell the manager, but he told me he was the manager of the store, and there is nothing I could do.

Joe from Metro in Port Orange Florida is absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond with helping me get all set up. Definitely wouldn’t have ended up Joining Metro if it hadn’t been for how attentive he was to addressing any worries, questions, or concerns. Got my new phone all set up and made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable! This Guy Deserves a raise or bounce or hell… employee of the month! (If that’s still a thing)

Came in with a concern. Explained to the manager why did I get charged for a cable charger. He told me that he waved the Sim card and that the cable was free. Mind you that it shows in my receipt that it got charged and also in my bank. I told him I do not believe you I want this to get refunded. If what he was saying is true to call customer service to clarify. No he got offended and agitated (which at that point he showing me that what he did most likely wasn't by the books) called the cops (Cops never showed up) and told me to leave the store. He also said this is not the first time it happens (first time you scam someone and they caught on to it). Manager name is Meek. Very unprofessional.

Was in town from Atlanta visiting family and lost my phone! Ran into this store for a replacement and Meek really saved the day for me. I was in and out relatively fast and Meek provided excellent customer service. I really appreciate him and the rest of his team. Thanks Meek!

Excellent customer service this company is truly fortunate to have such amazing employees. Meek definitely took his time to help me with all of my needs and even reduced my bill by an enormous amount. If you’re in the area make sure you stop by and see him for all your cellular needs !!

I recently switched from AT&T to Metro By T-Mobile. I was recommended to handle the process with Meek at this particular location. Meek was so helpful and knowledgeable of the plans and different phones. He made the switch so easy and quick. A very great manager and employee of the company.

Payed 300$ for a new phone bought 3 of them so over 900$ when done my phone screen randomly goes black keyboard disappeared and keep getting kicked out of apps cant even call any of the other 2 phones from my phone with out having to try 6 or so times before we can hear each other went to the store to get it fixed told me I would have to pay another reactivate fee and would be 5 to 7 days before I could get a new phone then wanted to be extremely rude to me and my family including my children left and they said good get out of my store what kind of customer service this company teaches but they will be losing biasness for my personal and company that we own don't ever go to this store
