“I rarely write reviews but I like to give credit where credit is due.After calling around the Ormond beach area to get my dad some fruit trees for his upcoming birthday to plant in his yard. I live in NY so wasn't familiar with the area nurseries. After 3 phone calls to other local nurseries I called La Roche and spoke to a very nice man named Chris. I told him what I was looking for and he suggested a Meyers lemon tree and a Tangelo tree. I also needed delivery to my parents home. Chris asked when do you need them there? I said by Monday as that's my dads birthday. Chris said I can get them delivered today which was the Friday prior. I just want to say Thank you for help in selecting the trees as well as the prompt delivery and great customer service.”

“Tommy and his crew have been a great find since they were on US1. Now they have relocated to this location off Airport Road in Ormond Beach. When you mention Big League, Tommy or "The Farm" plant people know what you are talking about. They always have a great selection and great prices. You can but plants and do it yourself or have Tommy come out and design and plant your garden for you. Always fun just to stop by and look around. I rarely leave empty handed.”

“As a long time resident of New Smyrna, I have often had need of Home Depot products and services.There is a customer service employee named Drucilla who is known and revered by many. Drucilla greets every customer with a smile and she will always lead you to find your needed item or to a person who can find the item for you. The other staff members also speak of her with high praise and apparently she begins every shift she works with a text or message to the other employees working that shift too.It is rare in today's cold 'cash and carry' world to fund such a treasure, Her energy and enthusiasm are very special and I hope management lets her know how much she is appreciated.”

“Hard to justify 4 stars for this business. Mostly, service is poor, especially when needing assistance with sheetrock or any other heavy or cumbersome item. Today was an exception though. I purchased 40 bags of mulch (2 trips in my SUV of 20 bags each) and both times the loader personnel were outstanding! Chris was upbeat, helpful, and was adamant about providing his assistance, even in the rain. He went above and beyond. On my second trip, I was helped by a young man (TJ?,) of some 25 years who admitted to be in his 6th month of HD employment. He was delightful, helpful, and we both got soaked from the wind and rain. Both employees are a tribute to a good work ethic which is so rare in this store. Management needs to get your teams to understand customer service! Andy in Ormond”
