Store was open, clean, workers present. Unfortunately I waited 15 minutes for someone to come and help me with some fish, sadly both employees decided they were too busy with 1 single customer and her little dog. I was the only customer in the store the entirw tine until the lady walked in. Needless to say I won't come back to this location.

They weren’t rude, but super unwelcoming and bad vibes. my Son and I went in there to get crickets and My Son asked if he could pet the rabbits and was told there in quarantine for three days. OK fine whatever so then he asked about the cats and was told they have nothing to do with the cats. All this with, the employees back to us. My son loves animals and was super interested to see everything they have there, but clearly the woman with the long hair that works at this location was either having a really bad day or can’t stand her job. My son left super disappointed especially at the fact that they weren’t even willing to show him the cats or the bunnies.

Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful! One gal is also extremely knowledgeable about pet nutrition. I went with her recommendations, and my dog is no longer suffering from extremely itching and no longer smelling like corn chips! It was all in his diet! I wish I could remember her name.

The staff greet you when you come in, ask if you found everything you are looking for, suggest similar "on sale items", and are great at serving you and your pet. I also love that they carry Performatrim Brand, that I can not find back home.

High prices and not much selection of bird products, especially for African Grey parrots. Toys are expensive as well as perches and such.

I can't speak highly enough about the experience we just had here. My girlfriend and I stopped in to get some frozen feeders for our juvenile ball python and we're shocked by the selection of snakes available here. I had the pleasure of speaking with four employees, a dark haired girl with a sticker on her face, the manager, a very kind soft spoken lady behind the counter, and finally the owner. Each person was genuinely kind, and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel like I was getting the fake customer service treatment. The manager was asking my girlfriend and I about our tattoos and animals. The lady behind the counter was giving me the inside scoop on her animals, and not once did I see that dark haired girl stop working or cleaning out enclosures. I had such a good time I stayed a bit longer than expected and fell in love with a python. Next thing I know I'm buying a breeder tank, stand, and all the goodies. Here's where it gets good. I drive a smaller sedan and the tank fit just fine but the stand would not go in. The owner made a trip to the store, took my phone number down, and drove the stand to my house for no added fee. Now I can't say explicitly that this is protocol or will happen for you, I'm just saying that these guys are willing to go above and beyond to ensure these animals go to a good home. They are the ONLY snake sellers out of three I've gone to that talked to me about spider ball pythons and the wobble, and they even advised me to soak this snake when I got home. I left genuinely feeling good about my purchase, and my girlfriend liked it so much she left contact info for possible employment. There's definitely a good thing going on here. Can't wait for the next feeder purchase so I have an excuse to go back again.

I never reviewed anything but I will here. I called and asked if pond loaches of any kind were in stock and the male representative said to quote "We might have one or two loaches I'm not sure" I went in to zero loaches and not even a tag for said loaches I asked for. I drove for 30 minutes to a huge disappointment with ignorant staff if I can build a computer at home on my own I feel like we should understand fish species...
