DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG (OR CAT) TO VET OR GROOMING... especially Grooming ....I took my puppy to "vetco" for a check up and shot. She was VERY nervous and I (as I've always done with all my dogs at other vets) wanted to go into exam room with her and was told I could not. I insisted and still was told no. They took her and brought her back 45 seconds later and we paid for a full physical exam and a shot. Obviously they don't do any exams and it's like a factory, in and out as many dogs as possible. THEN after my year and a half of refusal to even shop there, I gave in and took her for a bath. The grooming was terrible, I don't think they used soap and the cut was or should I say shave was terrible. I didn't recognize my own dog. And then they have the audacity to try to tell me it's exactly how I wanted it! WHATTT! Do they have people who actually fall for this? AND THEN...MY DOG HAS BEEN SICK SINCE THEN...

I switched from a vet whose office personnel let my ex's gf change my billing address to her address.
Anyway did me a favor because petco goes over & above to keep my kingsley happy. Staff does so much better with him. He actually does not fight them to clip his nails.
Life moves forward & just gets better. Thank you petco!

Had to take our cat to the vet. All local vets refused to take him immediately, even though we told them he had a possible break in his leg. The PetCo Vet took him in no questions asked, and took great care of him.
