The most relaxing pedicure I’ve had. It was great! I got the $50 service and French tips!
Updated review: This place went downhill. The last time I went here, they hurt me several times when doing my toes. Despite me moving around in discomfort, they did not stop with their tools. I started bleeding and the water was lukewarm, so I feared infection. I almost asked for a band aid. I will not be back.

I had a nail tech who spoke no English, and I came in and asked for a full and pedicure.....she took off ALL my acrylic and gave me a damn manicure, which I paid 40 bucks for!!! I came back 2 days later and was told they could replace the color but she doesn't speak English so sry!!! So now I'm stuck going somewhere else for a new set!!! I told her and a man that worked here when she wrapped my nails that I get acrylic not dip!!! WHY AM I PAYING FOR HER MISTAKE!!!! DO NOT COME HERE

very nice and relaxing atmosphere... price was fair and my nail tech did such a beautiful job- very patient even after I accidentally hit my nail after she spent a while making a design but she was able to fix it quickly

Came here with a friend to get pedicures (with appointments )since my usual salon was closed on Mondays. I knew it was a bad decision as soon as we walked in and saw everyone glued to their cell phones and no customers whatsoever. We should have left but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and stayed. It seemed as if we were interrupting their screen time and putting a real damper on their day by showing up for our appointments.We could tell they didn’t want us in there for sure. We were rushed to pick our nail colors out of the terrible selection that was offered . Then hurried us to sit down and get our feet propped up while I’m still trying to get situated with my purse and water bottle in the chair.Never once was I offered assistance or directed where I can place my stuff. Just hurry hurry hurry! While he kept tapping on my feet to give him this one and give him that one while I’m still adjusting myself. He never helped me adjust the seat to get closer to the basin that was all the way back. I’m short and could barely get my feet in the water. The basin water was boiling and I could barely put my feet in it. My pedicure was done by a man (possibly the owner) but not sure If he was, and my friend’s was done by a lady. The tension was so thick in the room you could cut it with a knife. The TV was playing the abused animal commercials which made it even worse. My basic pedicure was rushed , not done to my liking and very unpleasant the entire time. I expressed to my friend that this wasn’t relaxing at all and she agreed. There was nothing relaxing or calming about it. It was like a race to the finish line. This was my birthday pedicure and it was super disappointing. My friend got the more expensive pedicure ($50) (the wrong scrub was used and not the one she asked and paid for) hers took longer but both of us couldn’t wait to leave. She even left with her toes wet and in the disposable flip flops they put on your feet. I will never step foot back in the Phoenix Salon and I don’t think my friend will either. I would definitely not recommend this salon to anyone. What a shame that they treat people like this and expect people to come back. I even drove 25 mins out of my way only to be so disappointed . The only good part was spending time with a friend even in such a stressful situation. Next time I’ll listen to my gut and turn around and leave. Do yourself a favor , save your money and just go somewhere else.

Paula does a wonderful job of giving a mani and pedi. Highly recommended. The salon is very nice and clean also.

Unless you're spending big money,then you must wait. Waiting 2 1/2 hrs with family for a manicure. They took the lady that wanted acrylic nails done before me. Also took a couple for a manicure panicure. Before me two walk-ins before me my family members got pedicures manicures and the last one for the manicure and then called me and I said no I was fine. One shouldn't have to wait 2 and 1/2 hours for a manicure with their family. Poor service
