We didn't wait long after check in. We had checked in at home but when we got to quest it didn't work. So we checked in on tablet. We waited about 5 minutes before called in. Techs we quick with very little pain. Very nice and efficient.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve had easy sign-in and waiting times. The only waiting time chair that I’ve disliked is the one just below the check-in monitor because people would come and stand right in front of me, about 2 feet away, and look up at the monitor for up to 1-2 minutes.
I was disappointed that the tech wouldn’t put a second doctor in the computer to receive the results, especially since he wrote the original order for one of the labs but I forgot to bring his order in with me. Instead of calling his office for the original orders, the second doctor wrote that same test so they just took the second order and didn’t enter the first doctor.

Great, quick service.
BUT if doctor orders tests as STAT, you need to put the results on the patien's web site account. At present, you do not.

I love the people there. As many times as I’ve gone to Quest, I’ve never had a problem with anyone drawing my blood. Wednesday, the young woman who took my blood - I never even new she’d done it. I highly recommend Quest.

I had a 1pm appointment. I was called in at 1:45pm. This is not acceptable.
