If you want to experience medical INEPTNESS, you need not look any further then Quest Diagnostics on Nova in Port Orange! I was there today w/my wife. Her Dr. office called and faxed the lab request to them, about 1pm. When we showed up at 1:45 all the staff could do was try to tell us they could not do the labs. I tried to explain the situation to the "gentleman" on staff. His reply, without checking anything just standing there in the spot, "they did not call/talk to us!" "They can't because all calls go to our office in Virginia!" Take a card and schedule an appointment because we close at 3pm, so even if we had it, (he still had not checked, looked or attempted verify anything) the labs AIN'T going to happen today. I can only assume he missed the class on compassion and empathy when he was in Phlebotomy school!

Scheduled an appointment and came 15 minutes early as requested. Waiting time is over one hour. No one lets you know. Do better Quest.

Worst place to go for blood work. Dirty, slow, and rude. They will be running hours behind on appointments and not even tell you. Waste of time this place is.

Every time I go there whether I have an appointment or I do walk in in the past couple years the wait is phenomenal and if they stop taking walkins they send all the current walk-ins home or away after you've been waiting for 2 hours there they get one person probably every 10 minutes so that tells me they don't have much staff

I was fasting and waited for an hour an a half in the standby queue for them to come out and say they are no longer taking walk ins). This was early in the morning (8:30-10am). This location never had appointments and when you do have one you still end up waiting forever

The techs are good at least the ones I've had but there's something seriously wrong about this place I just showed up as a walk in and was told they are not taking any walk ins today becuse they are short staffed. I tried to get an appointment but then next available is Thursday super late into the day. Normally I wouldn't sweat this kinda thing but it's been a normal wait of over an hour. I'm just saying it's not a call off issue it's a management issue your schedule is to light but hey if want to watch people walk out or get mad that's your business it just kinda sucks your doing it with people's health

Don't understand how this place is still in business. Put myself on standby list. After 15 minutes I saw my name was taken off. Waited another 10 minutes and no one was at the window. They lied and said they made an announcement. They are two sides and I was the only one on it. No one told me. This company obviously needs ty hire more people.

Wait time is ridiculous. With or without appointment. Also can never make an appointment because it's always booked. Can't go here anymore. And it's most locations not just one

Embarrassing how poorly managed this place is. This review is not a reflection on the real staff working there. It’s clear that corporate quest does not prioritize patients. Excessive wait times due to reduced staff, processes that leave patients uncared for, again not at fault of the staff working. Hire some staff and maybe take a review of how patients feel their visit went.

Terrible experience here! Find another lab place to go to, management & staff need to be thoroughly reviewed and observed. The nonsense that I saw and experienced on my visit at this place is completely unacceptable.

I witnessed over five senior citizens who were turned away for no legitimate reason. This made me very uneasy and I decided to walk out. The staff should be ashamed of themselves. Seems as though they're just there for a paycheck.

Stay away from this place! There's a serious lack of work ethic and integrity at this location, they'll fool around with your appointment (no patient call) as if it's okay to do so and at that have the audacity to suggest signing back into the kiosk as a walk in adding a whole lot more wait time.

Literally the worst quest diagnostics I’ve ever been to. We always make an appointment yet still have to wait at least 30 minutes past our appointment time to get called back. This past time I made an appointment and checked in, saw my name on the queue for 20 minutes before it was erased and I was still never called back. After telling them multiple times that my name had been erased, but I hadn’t been called, they continued to call the eight people behind me on the queue until I was the last person in the waiting room and then they said they weren’t going to take anyone else today. Thankfully, Alex understood that this was unfair to someone who had an appointment and was checked in and he called me back after everyone else had been served behind me. Please figure this out.

Avoid this location at all cost. I waited 4 hours at this location. If you are doing a urine test, you will not be able to provide enough sample because you just have to go to the bathroom at some point. You will waste your time and money or possibly lose your job. Poor customer service. This place has a 3 star for a reason.
