RUDE . The girl that did my nails was so rude. I was getting a full set and pedi, the girl didn't let me dry my toes because she was in a hurry to leave that day. My gel polish didnt harden on my nails , it slipped off my nail. She said she would fix it after she finished my toes. Never happend. She charged extra on my credit card for a tip, I tipped her cash so she took extra. I will NEVER go back.

The worst pedicure ever ask 3 times to cut shorter I really wasted the premium pedicure however never was ask nor did I get polish on my toes as a amputee he never dried my foot and placed it in my shoe I had to pay $25 for 1 foot no polish not even clear. bought my wheelchair to me to to get into with the back of my chair facing me in extremely dangerous for me to transfer to with the seat facing me I spoke up to say thank you my son is in the store on his way back to assist with getting back into my chair safely. This was a insult to me I've never been treated like I was yet I remained calm and I have to say I didn't want to tip him at all I did give him 2 bucks that I shouldn't have. I've been there before never was treated with the rudness of my time spent on that day I have always been given a 5 dollar discount along with the nails shorter and polish on my toes. I am sure he was having a bad day with excuses for the behavior I received and I will say that I personally don't want the same treatment as I did so I am not coming back to receive a horrible pedicure from a rude person who shouldn't be working on people with that attitude..

If you go there thinking you will get a spa experience, go somewhere else and pay the extra seven or eight dollars. The girl ran through my pedicure and manicure like her hair was on fire. My cuticles were not trimmed properly, the polish was poorly done, and she was constantly talking with coworkers instead of focusing on what she was doing. Her name was Linda.

I always get my waxing, manicure and pedicure here. I have diabetes and nail techs are always carful with my feet and hands. Always feel so much better when I leave
I bring my mom when she wants, all the techs make her feel like a queen.
Great service at a reasonable price.

I got a fill and pedicure. When it came time to polish my nails, the color I picked was empty. The tech did do a good job. However, he didn't do so well with the pedicure. Seemed rushed and didn't massage much at all. There was a pedicure already in process and I was finished way before her.

I've been going here for almost 2 yrs. They tend to charge different prices even though I get the same thing done each time. I had a $50 gift card as a birthday present, they refused to use the full $50 on my visit they would only take $40 and made me pay for the rest . Yesterday I went in for my usual monthly mani/ pedi. The gentleman was rude and rough. I'm disabled with a lot of nerve damage. He kept jerking my hands and arms, and fingers. The manicure looks awful. Very uneven and jagged edges on my nails. I've always been asked what kind of pedicure I want, I always get the deluxe. He chose to do the basic, again very rude and rough. He was very rushed, I got maybe a 35 second massage of legs and feet. I was very upset and asked to speak to the owner, he never once apologized for my bad experience. He acted like he didn't care at all. I will never use their company again. I've spent a lot of money with them...but no more. I will definitely be finding somewhere else to go.

Very Rude Worker(I think it was the owner) A couple of times I accidentally smudged my nails and at least 3-4 times he sighed like I did it on purpose ……won’t be using him again or I will go somewhere else ……Service: Acrylic nails

Have been there many times, BUT they have a girl that works at Back station and I will never go there again( she did my nails 3 times) She is very rough and really hurts me in the process. Also constantly in CHIT CHAT with other workers (not in English) Also uses electric file till it is torture! Some of the others are OKServices: Nail cut & filing

Terrible experience it cost just as much for a fill in as it would have for a new set. They messed up my nail shape that they shouldn't have even touched. Then tried to change me more for my teenage daughters nails because they didn't listen to me and didn't paint them as discussed before they started. Never Ever will we go there again.Service: Acrylic nails
