This location has a large hole at its rear exit road right at Herbert. It's pretty huge and it has been there for some time. My car tire went into it and it scared the crap out of me. This is really a liability for vehicles bikes and pedestrians. Please get this fixed or at least fill it with sand in the meantime

DO NOT EVER GO TO REGIONS BANK!!!!!!!!!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY, DO NOT DO DIRECT DEPOSIT WITH THESE CRIMINALS. This Regions bank in Port Orange had a promotion for a $300 bonus for a new account with direct deposit. So, I went to this bank opened an account, and got the information for direct deposit. I did not receive anymore correspondence nor a card. My employer then paid me via direct deposit to the account. So, I went to the Port Orange branch and the manager told me they did a credit check and are closing my account. I am in bankruptcy I know I have bad credit. So, now they have my money and will not give it back nor tell me what they are doing with it.

Renika was an absolute gem to work with. She was friendly, engaged, and patient with helping my mom and I solve her locked card. There was a lot of anxiety on my mom’s part going in to this, and I just cannot say enough how Renika was calming and pleasant. We were out of there in about 15 min.

Why isn’t there an option for no stars? Worst bank. This was my second attempt at going in to open an account. Just waited 50 minutes after my appointment time; the teller was snarky, the bankers took other people whom arrived after us and didn’t have appointments before they took me. Told the teller about my frustrations, said it would be ten minutes…waited ten minutes and left after giving my number to the teller so the bank manager can call me. This was supposed to be fun getting my sons first bank account. Next time I go it will be to close my accounts. Don’t go to this regions unless you’re retired and have all day to wait.

I have a business account with this bank and I visit the Port Orange branch at least twice a week. The staff here is amazing...polite, attentive, eager and capable. Big shout outs to Robert, Jessica and Jason. If you don't bank here you should. Nuff Said?

Just waited 1 hour 49 minutes on phone for a simple error on the banks part. They withdrew a check twice. Got transferred twice and of course all transfers were to the "wrong " department. I can't even call my local branch to get an appointment. I feel right now that I'm going to close my account.
