I have been trying to place an order for a phone since December 22. No one is assisting me and when I called the store today the manager who said she’s the only one in the store (the manager)said she can’t help me and was extremely rude and disrespectful and very unknowledgeable about anything.

Steven P, and Joel, Mike and Denise were amazing with helping my family make sure our children had the perfect Christmas!!!! They were very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely recommend this location to everyone. And look forward to coming back. We are definitely leaving here happy customers each one of these workers went above and beyond their duties to make sure we got exactly what we needed and made sure we were happy. Definitely a great experience. And I appreciate you all very much. Our kids will be the happiest kids in the world Christmas morning

I am absolutely so grateful for the staff at this location ( Steven p, Joel, Denise, and mike) they made our very stressful situation (Christmas) a very exciting and happy time our entire experience was very nice and they were all so helpful and extremely nice and caring we will definitely continue being customers and look forward to it as well. It's not to often you find a wonderful worker/person but in this case we found a entire store that were all amazing. I would like to reach out to whoever is in charge to give compliments on each one of these wonderful employees.

My experience at first was a little rocky and I'm actually in the middle of a sort of rocky experience right now but Jodell and the owner have gone out of their way to make it right. To me that makes the entire difference. It's hard to find actual customer service these days and these ladies did it.

From the moment I walked into this store until my final pay off day they have been amazing to us. This place is great!!! The lady there helped me with everything. Never left the house got exactly what I wanted. Delivered in a timely manner, guys were great!! They were in and out in 15 mins. Very respectful and helpful!! Can't say enough thank u ma'am for all your help! 5 ⭐
