Terrible customer service! Stood in line for about 40 minutes with one cashier working, and the manager just cleaned her counter the entire time. Will not be back to this Ross ever!

Came in today to return an item there were two to three cashiers a line of ten people I was standing at the lit up customer return sign after 5 customers the cashier Katie asks if I’m returning something I state yes she tells me there is one line after seeing me sit past 5 customers I asked for a Manager because she was being very rude and the manager krista was walking from the back informed me that all lines are now one and you don’t offer customer service and I can understand that but why did she turn the light off as we are talking and why was the cashier Katie so rude and then acknowledge me after so many customers in a rude manner . I’m going to try the Ross somewhere else hopefully I can exchange very rude Katie

They need to hire cashiers. Last two times I've been, I left without my stuff because the wait to pay is over 20 mins.
There's at least 5 workers walking around organizing merchandise, but always just one cashier left alone to deal with a huge line of people waiting to pay.

The store is always extremely hot! I can't stand to be in there more than 5 minutes, which is a problem because the line is always long, and there is often only one cashier.

Was able to get my son an entire outfit including shoes for his high school homecoming dance and I spent under $100.... That was pants, shoes, shirt, and belt..!!!

Hard to rate it because i was only in there for a few minutes my alarm kept going off at my house my cat kept setting my alarm off so I had to rush out and go home. But I will go back one day and check it out

Ross in Port Orange is always stocked with great clothing. It also has a variety of housewares items, toys, cosmetics, shoes, purses, and even pet care items. The prices are great. Quality name brand, great price this is my kind of store.
