if I could give this store zero stars I would. horrible customer service. First time I had come in was a 2/6/23 at 7:34 PM and then for my return I came in on 2/12/23 at 3:40 PM if that helps the general manager know who is rude in the store, and who it may be, they should talk to, and give lessons too!!!RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!when I had to come get products the store clerk followed me around like I was going to steal (I spent well over $100). I was told "to keep control of my children". one of my kids is autistic and only a few years old and the other one is not far behind him in age (a year apart). I had no help in the store. I kept asking her for help so I could be on my way and she ignored me the whole time. The ONLY time she helped me was when I was made a fuss at her and told her "the faster you help me the faster my kids and I leave". so I guess that was enough insensitive for her to finally help after being in there for about 45 minutes trying to shop and juggle my kids. so I came back for a return and a big girl there who is a store clerk was following me around I was going to buy to some shampoo and conditioner (but screw that). so she was being a smart ars towards me at check out ( with the manager standing right there) . I asked her "What is your problem "? she rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth and looked right the lady at the next register (the manager, and the manager did not say a word, just smirked) . I asked for the GMs InforMarion and they didn't want to give it to me. she finally told me she was the manager and I told her what had happened the time before and asked why her store clerk standing in front of me (who had the most horrible makeup on BTW) had "a nasty attitude nasty and poor customer service"? The only thing she said me "sorry you feel that way". I work in REAL customer service & the GM would have fired myself & the manager for that behavior & not apologizing & fixing the issue. If one of my employees would have done that to me and rolled their eyes infront of a customer and sucked their teeth like they're better then anyone else I would have written them up!Do yourself a favor and find another Sally's to go too.You would think with the poor selection of product ( they have nothing & it is a very small store, a lot out of stock) , they would have great customer service NOPE they do not, go somewhere reputable & if you're in hair school use your school ID somewhere else OR order straight from the company. Some places you do not need a school ID Or license & Some places you can order straight from the source as well.

A family member went to this location and was told she couldn’t use my employee discount despite the fact that I do not have to be there. It is also stated on a paper right below where the beauty school discount code is. I suggest to the manager of this location that you show your employees where it states this and learn the policies of the company that you work for

The beautiful lady working this evening was very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. She makes shopping there feel very welcoming & satisfying! The store had everything I needed; we'll stocked, very clean & presentable.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by 2 ladies, I told them I had a question and asked what I could do to go platinum, the first thing they told me was "you're not going platinum" I said oh okay well I just need a toner, and the lady told me my hair was to damaged (she did not imply it in a nice way & her tone was rude too) she did help me pick out a toner but told me I would need 2 bottles of each the toner and developer but did not tell me the price of either product, did not tell me anything about the product, and did not ask if it was okay that I purchased the items, instead she walked to the counter and immediately scanned everything, I paid and she proceeded to tell me how damaged my hair was and how when her hair was that damaged she had to cut it and it took 2 years to grow back, it was very rude of her to say that to me. Instead she could have recommended products for me to use to help my hair. This was on november 19th at 12:20pm :))) also if you look closely to the picture of my hair in this photo taken 2 days ago you can tell it's not as damaged as she made it sound :)

This is my Favorite Sally's!? If you don't know, You do Not need to be a licensed professional to shop here. The people here are Very Knowledgeable and Helpful? This location has a wide variety of hair, skin, nails, and spa supplies. I will go out of my way to shop at this Sally's. They have Excellent Quality and Great Prices. I went to Sally's bc my hair color was horrible. Paula was so kind and extremely helpful that I left there feeling reassured that this time my hair will come out gorgeous. I highly recommend Sally's for your hair care needs.
