Today was my first time shopping here at Sephora. I had such an amazing experience with Richard. He directed me to the right areas in the store to figure out which product I was looking for. He assisted me trying on different products with the samplers. Richard is very efficient and detail oriented. I appreciate him taking the time today to help me as I ended up purchasing many items. I will be back soon! Thank you Richard! :)

Second visit to Sephora, and Richard was so helpful and kind. I signed up to be a member. My first experience here wasn’t so great, as an employee named Bianca was incredibly pushy and rude when I wouldn’t sign up that day. I was running late to a meeting, and didn’t have time, although I wanted to. This being the only Sephora in town, I hesitantly went back, and was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service I received. Thanks Richard!

I called and waited on hold for 10 minutes. I asked about the Tower28 Lip Softies and if they were in stock, and all I got told was no and they immediately hung up on me without hearing if I had anything else to ask. Super rude and unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars I would based on my first experience at this store. I was so excited about a Sephora opening and I traveled to come. During my first visit I received assistance from a worker named Bianca. She was rude and unprofessional. She got upset with me because I did not sign up for the rewards program. I left because I was disgusted with how a manager could be acting this way. I can’t imagine how she is without customers near by. I decided to come back later and was greeted by a girl Nicole, she was very nice and answered all my questions. I will only be visiting the store again because of my second experience.

I am so happy we finally have a Sephora near us! Every time I go there I’m greeted with a smile by Richard. He is so helpful and so sweet and ALWAYS knows what he is taking about no matter the product. Richard always goes above and beyond for me.
