“Have been getting the run around on a package by fedex corp. The non speaking overseas customer service was no help and the online chat was no help. I found a loop hole on how to get a package delivered there instead of driving an hr to pick it up. Steven and the crew were very helpful and amazing. Fedex corp needs to look at how this branch treats people and have them train the other reps.”
