Spent $7000 on a bed and within a couple years I had several issues. I just had to spend $500 on a new air pump. I don’t recommend buying this overpriced bed you’re certainly going to have problems with in the near future. I’ll never buy another

Husband and I came into our Local Sleep Number bed store. KELLY greeted us ever so friendly, and Assisted us with trying out the beds. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions. We can't wait for our bed to arrive..

Leila was so much help. She helped me get the bed frame I wanted with ease! Even found me a coupon!
Very easy process.
Have not got bed frame yet because we are renovating and have to wait but my friends that have it says it rocks!

Two stars for the staff being friendly and the store itself is nice, but product wise and post support (not handled by the store) the quality isnt what it use to be. The bed from 20 plus years ago still working the same as ever. The newer bed has been an ongoing investment. Continued separation of the split king, in terms of 6 plus inches. Wasn't long after buying so they sent new covers. (Magnets attach strongly but the cover doesnt hold tightly. Purchased a product to keep them together which luckily has been helping Then the bed was not staying inflated, this time it was an additional cost to buy a new air chamber and then install it myself. I can only imagine the other side will probably go next where as the one from 20 years ago now at a relatives is still the same from when it was first purchased. Just keep in mind the continued cost for maintain the bed when you go to purchase it.

I had a very good experience in the store with Kelly. She was helpful and gave me plenty of time to test and decide which bed worked best for me. She was informative and answered any questions I had.

We had a great experience at the Port Orange Store. Kelly was super friendly and knowledgeable from the time we walked in. She walked us through all the different mattresses, found our perfect sleep number for myself and husband. We are super excited for our new mattress to arrive on Thursday and get a great night of sleep. Highly recommend this store and staff as it’s a nice experience with no pressure.
