Went in with my husband to ask questions about our account we were placed in a small room (not an office)- doors open while we discussed personal matters and dealt with assumptions. I don’t feel like the lady we spoke with was really trying to help us or see how our needs could be met- we were directed to outside resources but not real assistance. I’ve never walked into a bank branch and felt as if we could get more assistance over the phone. My husband has been with Space Coast for 7 years and we also have our car loan with them but after today we feel as if it would be better moving our assets elsewhere. I was very disappointed after I left and I felt as if we were treated like our business did not matter.

My wife and I opened a business and personal accounts today & had the most wonderful experience. The business advisor, Kelly, is a wealth of knowledge & very down to earth. We were in & out having any questions answered. Very good experience. We went to the branch at 1788 Dunlawton in Port Orange.

The teller lady was very friendly and helpful.The hood ended there unfortunately. Was a 5 star review but today was a big let down.Extremely long holds of local bank cashiers checks and lady teller manager (or just a controlling & interrupting person) repeats herself a lot, does not listen to customers, interrupts, and rude. Was a faithful supporter of this bank but what a terrible experience today.

Friendly staff. Great services. Lobby is not open on weekends. Drive thru is open for a few hours on Saturday.

I have not borrowed money from them, but I keep a big chunk of money in there and now I use them to cash checks and draw money out when needed, They are always friendly and helpful. We used to have a Wells Fargo bank box up there, since it has been removed ,I use Space credit union instead of going the extra twenty minutes down and back to the Wells Fargo bank!

Now on my second auto loan with SCCU. The Port Orange branch is terrific. Was in the other day and was helped out by Karen. She could not have been more helpful or nicer. Glad to do business with this company.

Space Coast is great! We have been with them for 6 years and not one negative thing to say. We love the PEOPLE- they are friendly and sweet and kind. They know me by name and have always been helpful to my family. I haven't moved a million dollars through them like the other gentleman that left a negative comment- we are a family of blue collar hard working people with disabled children. We just appreciate the services and the hard working people at this institution. Kindness and patience goes a long way and our society is certainly lacking both but Space Coast employees at Port Orange and New Smyrna are Awesome!!!

Everything is Broke!The mobile app is down. Online Banking is down. They wont answer the phone..Really? This is customer service?Time to go someplace else.

I went in to this branch to open a checking account since my hometown credit union is too far and I needed a place to deposit my cash. As someone who has social anxiety, I was anxious going in. However, everyone was super nice and helpful! Was in and out in less than 15 min with a new account and a welcoming new credit union.

This is not against this branch specifically, the credit union as a whole is just bad. It may just be their online banking and their app, but how many people do most if their banking now this way? When I attempt to send money to an individual using the app it forces me to use PopMoney, which I don't want to do. When using online banking, it defaults there as well, I attempted to delete the phone number of the person I was sending money to so PopMoney wouldn't be an option. The online banking system would not let me do this. The Credit Union must be getting a kick back from PopMoney to make sending money this way the default. The app constantly shuts off after the initial opening of the app. When I open the app the 2nd time and attempt to put in my password, it resets the password every time on my first attempt. This is frustrating and I have sent it to SCCU to have them fix it. The app is slow to react to inputs. I will be leaving this credit union as soon as I can. They are awful.

Even though I was greeted at the door by a very nice lady I was informed but I could not enter the premises without wearing a mask and therefore could not speak with a human being about opening a bank account with them.I find it sad that a credit union which I had once believed were much more people oriented then regular banks would go to these lengths in a state where even the Governor has opened the state back to the freedoms granted to We the People by our founding fathers and our Constitution. If an institution such as this would choose to follow the CDC guidelines which we have been shown is not working in the best interest of the citizens of the US but is instead working for its own self-interest and with the pharmaceutical companies and who own many of the patents for the vaccines and are supported by the Gates Foundation, require their customers to preform in such a way as to endanger their customers health and Liberties then I must question their ethics and choose not to trust them with my money. I give this three stars only because it seems that the people who work there are very nice. However the owners of this institution have much to learn. I'm sorry that I cannot do business with them. The one good thing about this virus is that it has shown the people and the companies but you can and cannot trust to have your back.

Since Saturday banking is not available anymore in New Smyrna Beach I'm forced to endure the traffic cluster *&@# and waiting in line, sometimes for 20-30 minutes, at this branch.
