Absolutely Abhorrent Customer Service: Picture this: You walk in, and they greet you like they’re handing out parking tickets. Their smiles are rarer than a solar eclipse, and their enthusiasm is flatter than a pancake left out in the rain.Never Friendly, Never Inviting: Their friendliness quotient hovers around absolute zero. When you approach the counter, they look at you like you’re interrupting their riveting game of “Stare at the Wall.”No Thank You’s or Welcome: Ah, the sweet sound of silence. You’d think they’re allergic to basic courtesy. When you leave, they probably whisper, “May the financial odds be never in your favor.”Miriam, the Coherence-Challenged: Miriam, the linguistic Picasso. Her sentences are abstract masterpieces—no one knows what they mean, but they’re open to interpretation.Zero Person Skills: They’ve mastered the art of making you feel like a malfunctioning vending machine. Insert kindness, receive indifference.Toad-Like Glare: Miriam, perched on her lily pad, eyes narrowed like a frog sizing up a juicy mosquito.Business Account Relocation Fail: The staff’s obnoxiousness reached such heights that even your business account packed its bags and moved to a more pleasant financial neighborhood. ?Call Center Overseas: Ah, the sweet symphony of distant accents and genuine helpfulness. Those call center angels deserve medals.

I would rather burry my money under the port orange bridge, then use this bank!

Opened an account here 3 weeks ago. Still have yet to receive my card. Called 3 days in a row and left voicemails to see if I could get a temporary since they were out of stock when I opened my account? Now having second thoughts about opening an account here. Staff seemed to not care about anything going on when I came in.

When I first started my business I used BB&T, it was a great bank. They helped me get started! Since the merge to become Truist, things became not so great. Not personable whatsoever. Also inquired on a loan to grow my business more, they came in at half the amount and had no explanation or counter offer. So I went to space coast and had zero issues getting them to work with me and help grow my business. Way better rates then Truist as well.

I opened an account and found out less than 24 hours later they had a $400 promotion and then they refused to give it to me. I called corporate, I called the branch, I called everyone. These people are sooooooooooooooooooo deceptive. I can't wait to close my account here and tell everyone to go get $400 and then pull their money out. I'm a single mom tryin to find a place for my kids to live and this would've help me so much. Ok can't believe how evil this bank is. I was a faithful SunTrust account holder for about 8 years. I recently went back and man do I wish I never did. Can't wait to close my account tomorrow and tell everyone I know how too get free $400 and close out their accounts and everyone I know who has investments and mortgages to switch over. They make Wells Fargo look good. I hope you guys go down in flames. This review will be in every website I can find about banks.

Awful customer service. The branch manager has no care or respect for her clients, let alone business clients. I'll be withdrawing all my funds, business funds, and millions of my clients funds and placing them with a bank that makes me feel appreciated and seen when I talk through the door given I am a wealth client and so are my clients. We'll see how much it effects Truist given the recent collapse of SVB & Signature Bank. Maybe more clients will pull their money as they see the funds being moved.Feeling ignored and then disrespected is unacceptable by any employee, let alone the branch manager. (3 of the 4 bankers were doing nothing as I walked in and proceeded to wait for 10 minutes and then be snarkled at when I questioned if my wife and I were seen as we walked in and sat down) - joke of a once great financial institution. It all comes down to the people you choose to represent your brand, truist failed at this location. The Branch manager and the male banker (new) both deserve to be fire, immediately, or demoted an placed through customer service training.

No ATM, wouldn't allow me to use the restroom when I went in to pull out money which is weird but what made it worse was how absolutely rude the woman was while telling me. "NO PUBLIC RESTROOM", "I'm a customer" (so by definition, not the "general public"). "NO PUBLIC RESTROOM". Super rude, very disappointing, and just another mark against Truist since the transition. I've been a SunTrust customer for over 18 years and will now start looking for a new bank.

I have had horrible service from this branch of Truist. After I applied for a loan they "ghosted" me and wouldn't reply to any attempt to contact the branch manager. She didn't return multiple phone calls. I do not recommend going to this branch for any reason.

Abysmal customer service. When I called the branch office regarding a service charge, the response I received was “I don’t know”. Refused to look up my acct and forwarded me a phone number to call. I will be taking my banking elsewhere.

Suntrust closed my account without my consent and without any notice. It was closed because of ONE transaction that I never made. That happened many times before, but never did they close my account. I've been a customer for many years. Now my direct deposit and all of the refunds going to that account are somewhere that I have to figure out. They didn't care whatsoever about the inconvenience that this would cause me.

So-so customer service. Archae (I think is her name) is the nicest teller, I was always happy to go to her.
