Anthony T. was quite frankly AMAZINGLY patient and attentive. My phone stopped working on a Saturday and Anthony worked with me through a very complicated and long service concern and was instrumental in helping me find a resolution. I'm incredibly grateful for the attentive, thorough, and patient customer care he and Ash displayed through my struggles.

I just came into the store as they were opening to swap out my Sim card and replace my screen protector. An older couple had walked in right before me and the entire time they were in the store they were incredibly nasty to every employee that attempted to help them. The employees handled themselves quite well and each one attempted to calmly ask questions to assist these customers. In the end, the older couple threatened to call and report all of the employees and stormed out. My interaction with all of them was awesome! Each one of them was polite and pleasant. High five to the staff!

1651 Taylor Rd Port Orange FlI went into this store at to see what I could do to get my Wi-Fi box to work. The 3 workers were in the back and took them a few minutes to come up. They were going to give me a new box but I had to cancel the active one first. While I was waiting the new one was sitting on the counter so I wanted to see what it looked like so I opened it. One of the workers came running out of the back jumping all over me for opening the box. He was very nasty and rude saying all kind of stuff. Then a girl came up and said we are not selling u anything u have to leave. I have never been treated so bad in a business before.

HUGE thank you to Kenneth at this store. He has the patience of a saint. Can honestly say corporate T-Mobile over the phone have been a nightmare to deal with and simply put, nothing has gone smooth, however Kenneth has gone above and beyond to try and fix all issues and find ways to troubleshoot the issues so that I could hopefully get a new phone through warranty. He has lead with empathy, kindness and lots of knowledge. He even put up with my frustration and venting the last few days. This guy deserves a raise for how helpful he is and for his manner. T-mobile corporate get a 1 star and Kenneth gets a 5+ star, your company are fortunate to have him. Going on day 4 without a phone and I'm about to fly phoneless, so yes...it takes some pretty good customer to service to still be able to keep my cool at this point.

Terrible experience… I got a brand new phone from T mobile two months ago and the next day the button stopped working. I spoke with someone in the store about it and they said to bring it in and they will fix it. I’m as out of town so once I got home I was going to bring it in but then woke up that morning to my phone not working at all. This T mobile store was absolutely no help. The men there were rude and acted like I was crazy when they asked who helped me last time. They did not know anything about what to do in the situation. I ended up going to the T mobile in Daytona and they were so helpful and kind and told me everything I needed to know and the steps I needed to take. I was informed that the port Orange t mobile is not a corporate store and that makes so much more sense. I know now I will NEVER use that store again and will only be going to Daytona.

I attempted to bring in my old phone for trade in after purchasing a new phone online, which I only did because I received an automated text message from t mobile saying I could. The woman working today said that because they’re not a corporate store, they were unable to accept my trade in and I’d have to go elsewhere. Fine. I called the corporate store and they informed me that corporate or not, all stores have the ability to accept trade-ins. It’s unacceptable to me that when I’m the only person in the store and she was sitting in the back and took forever to even show her face when I walked in, that she is too lazy to help the ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE BUILDING. Terrible customer service.
