Been with TD for 20 + years. I will be shutting my accounts. I am unable to call customer service on a local level. The 800 number folks are less than helpful. Today, I had 2 inquiries. 4 minutes on hold, 10 minutes for call back, 4 minutes on hold, 13 minutes with Keosha (sp) and no answers. I came to TD for an in person experience. I can go to any online financial institution had I wanted to call someone who has no idea about my account. Do better.

I have always have wonderful experiences when I go to this branch. I was recently needing to go there today for a couple of things and an employee there named Cathy was happy to help me. She is good at what she does and very friendly. Never had any disappointment with TD bank.

Bank itself is fine, but fair warning if you need anything from customer service, don't be surprised if you're kept waiting for 45 minutes. Minimal efficiency in this branch.

Being barked at by the manager in the parking lot was bad enough. Then, she had to come out the front door to put "the face" on me to make sure I moved my car. If she had been nice, I would have told her I was picking up a receipt from my doctor next door but parked there because I was going to come in and see about financing a car with TD Bank. Her being a _____ cost them a $75,000 piece of business. I am sure her higher ups will be thrilled to know she is literally running off business. Now, I wouldn't cash in a roll of pennies with TD Bank!

ATM never works it is down every other day had new one put in and still never works get it right!Never clean the payment terminals there are always spider webs on the outside take pride in the appearance and cleanliness of your business for your customers
