Came in to get proper shoes for my son. We were helped right away by Juan, who checked both the sales and regular shoes with us. He came out with a bunch of different brands to try and my son is now very happy with his new shoes. Great service, nice assortment of quality shoes, we’ll be back!

My podiatrist highly recommended this establishment for their exceptional expertise in addressing my foot concerns and extensive selection of footwear. Jared knocked it out of the park. I left with (2) pair and my wife and mother in-law left with a pair each. We were very impressed with the customer service and selection. I highly recommend if you are having feet problems.

After walking out of other stores in the area due to a lack of customer service this place hey welcomed discovery. The emphasis seems to be on finding me the best shoe for my needs. I was quite pleased with this store.

I was looking for race walking shoes and checked out The Running Elements store. They did not carry race walking shoes, but the running shoe selection was great, the sales people knew their shoes, and the prices are fair.

Second bad experience with this store, and now done. First time a few months back I asked for a stride evaluation as I had them for years at Spikes, and was told at an event they specialize in stride analysis. Yeah, no. Walked out after a young man looked at my shoes and went and got 4 boxes of runners to try. When I asked if I was getting a stride analysis, I was told he knew what I needed just from looking at my shoes. I walked out.Came back to give it a second chance as my husband wanted to try some Hokas. Walked in to a store with one customer being attended to. Was greeted and told someone would be with us shortly. Waited 15 minutes, then another customer came in, cut in line and was taken care of. Not cool.Miss Spikes.

I walk in, there is one person helping s couple. He said someone will be with you shortly. 4 other customers walk in, people crawl out from the back- totally ignore me and go to the other customers. I don’t need to give this place my business since they ignore customers!!

I went in today 8/20. I found out recently that I have Spinal Stenosis.I’ve always been kinda anxious about the whole trying on shoes and not knowing what I need. Sophia was amazing! She was extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional. I ended up finding a great pair of Hoka’s that make me feel like I’m walking on air! Thanks to her patience and the time she took to really grasp what I needed. She took what could have been an embarrassing experience for me and turned it into a positive one. Thank you, Sophia.

Awesome customer service. I can't say enough good things about Juan and his team. They really do a fantastic job at making sure you are happy and that you find the perfect shoe to fit your needs. They offered to make a special order for me when I needed a wide shoe. I appreciate the extra time and effort they took to make sure I was happy. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.
