Typical for home depot stores. Clean and well stocked with just about any need one may have for home needs, inside and out. Organized, meaning the bins have in them what they are supposed to have, not a mix of everything in the immediate area. Most of the floor staff seems to be to busy to help with any questions you may have. A couple are very helpful while most when looked at beat feet down the closest escape lane they can get down. Cashiers, one or two good ones, the rest act as if they are being bothered by you using their checkout lane. Good parking with easy in and out from the store. Prices on par with the other big name place so it depends on who has what I need at the time as to where I go. Both usually better than the smaller named home fixin stores.

If they don't want to answer their phone on Saturday mornings, then they shouldn't have a recorded message saying that my call is important to them. I appreciate that nobody wants to hear about delivery problems, but their message on my voicemail (which didn't keep them on hold for a half hour) said for me to call them. Delivery (paid about $80 fee) was not as specified.

Let me first say. Spend your money elsewhere. Terrible customer service. I bought a Brand spanking New Ryobi power washer with Honda engine used it one time to do my side walks and pool deck. After that wouldn't start no matter what I did. Customer service told me sorry that there was nothing that could be done. But feel free to come and purchase another one. BS . LAST MONEY I WILL EVER SPEND THERE.

It was July 2nd 2022 that we paid to have our Kitchen redone. I am relieved to say 242 days later it is complete. The only reason it's done is because I took Home Depot out of the equation and started working directly with the contractor. It was because of him that he was able to get me the materials I needed to finish the project. And when Home Depot didn't know that I was working directly with the contractor they emailed me to say that we were still "working with the vendor" to get more parts and awaiting a response with an updated ETA". Lies! I spoke with the contractor a week earlier and he had everything I needed and we scheduled a date on our own. Don't get me wrong, The Home Depot team were great....until they got their money. After that, they were done and we weren't a priority at all. It was run around after run around. I am very appreciative to the contractors that helped us, but never again will I deal with any type of Project with Home Depot. Find a good contractor and deal with them directly. The sales staff at Home Depot must get a kickback on Cambria products by the way because they were pushier than anything I have ever seen. Almost maniacal. I know some are lucky, but this was my experience and the experience was awful. Avoid

Dear Home Depot, Thanks for being a total Grinch and refusing to sell me a Christmas tree that had a price tag on it. You're a three decker sauerkraut and toadstool sandwich with arsenic sauce!

When you purchase paint , make sure the color on the label is the same in the can before leaving the store. My project & accent wall did not turn out as planned

I have been sitting in this curbside pickup spot for 20 minutes so far and still nothing. I earned them that I was coming. Checked in when I got here and I am still waiting.

This particular Home Depot, like every Home Depot that I have ever seen, is huge. You can easily lose yourself within these aisles. We went in on this particular Sunday to get some painting supplies and a few other odds and ends. While the place was rather busy, service was rather good and we were in and out in a relatively fast amount of time. I want to applaud our checkout attendant, Karl. He was extremely professional and courteous. It was also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this particular Home Depot.

This place is great despite what all these other negative comments have to say. So you had one bad experience with a bad associate. People need to understand that not everyone is perfect and associates are not there to grab you by the hand and show you where everything is. Maybe look up at the signs when you walk in and guide yourself to what you need? No store is perfect, it's a big store with many employees and one bad situation should not lead to all you Karen's on here leaving terrible reviews. If you feel some type of way, maybe ask for a manager so they can clear up any mishaps before you go writing bad about the entire store. MANY and most associates here are friendly, very knowledgeable and would take the time out of their day to help you if you ask things nicely and not just walk up to them with your list of questions. Perhaps, greet them at the minimum and ask how they are doing before you go up to them asking questions as if they are robot slaves only there to clean your diaper. This store is extremely clean and well maintained. I can't speak for everyone's case but I know many associates here and they are friendly and helpful and that's all that should matter.

Checked web page to see 6 available privacy fence panels. Tried to call multiple times to verify availability. I was transferred to lumber department only to have the call dropped. (Hung up) Took the chance and drove 30 miles to the store only to find where panels were to be was empty. Asked an employee at the pro desk only to be referred to the lumber employee for help locating the panels. Lumber employee said "he'd have to check out back" At least 10 minutes go by and I see the lumber employee helping another customer, cutting plywood sheets and then going to the wood isle and discussing what wood to use. I walked up and asked if he had a chance to locate the panels. He just casually said no he hadn't had a chance to look yet. What's the store policy here? If a customer is waiting , make them wait longer?

Paint is a little slow but good service. It was nice to walk around while waiting for my paint and I got a lot of ideas of future projects. Everyone is really nice at the Home Depot
