Update: The manager (Tim) claims they mistakenly delivered my high-value (insured) package to an unidentified individual who possessed my matching identification and address. I find this highly improbable. I suspect that this theft was orchestrated by an employee and have initiated a police investigation to pursue legal action.
Original: Barely functioning as a business, this location lacks a manager and has no one familiar with their identity or connections to external assistance. They lost a package and had no clear instructions except to leave and inform someone else. Even their limited employee base couldn’t determine who was in charge to inform me of their failure. As a reputable brand, UPS should shut down this location for its disregard for any standards. This is exclusively an Amazon return center.

Great store and staff! I have been going to this location for many years now. Roland is knowledgeable, efficient and more importantly friendly. He would advise you on your shipping needs honestly which has been helpful to me over the years. Roland's positive attitude and respect towards his customers is commendable. Thank you Roland for what you do. I truly look forward to the future of continuing to work with you and the rest of the staff like Melanie.

They didn’t help in any form, tried explaining what rep told me to do and they wouldn’t listen. Why be in customer service if you aren’t providing customer service? Better off going to shipping location on nova. They helped where you fell short.
