Staff are lazy and utterly unhelpful. They made me stand out in the parking lot to pack a box I was going to ship with them, instead of letting me use the large open table. The store also hasn't updated its voice-mail recording to reflect that they no longer have a notary, and employees don't care enough to help you find an alternative location.

I’ll start off by saying I am not surprised by the other 1 star reviews. What I experienced today was embarrassing, concerning, and alarming.I had a UPS mailbox, of which I paid in advance each time I had it. When I closed the mailbox I had mail I couldn’t pick up for a reasonable length of time so instead of bothering them when I finally could stop by, I just left it (since I knew what they consisted of and didn’t need them) and figured they would discard the letters at some point.So fast forward to Saturday, March 2nd (2024) at around 1 pm (just stating this to show who was working that shift, since I don’t know anyone’s name) I went in to open another UPS mailbox since I am starting e-commerce again.To my surprise, the gentleman working behind the counter picks up a folder and tells me that the new owner, Tim, is very strict and doesn’t usually let people who had a mailbox reopen another one. I asked why and the response I got was that I was at risk for not “paying rent”. Which was a surprise to me because as I said, I paid in advance each time I had the mailbox.So I told the man behind the counter just that. That I paid in advance each time and that his reasoning didn’t make any sense. After that he begins to yell out who was sending me letters in front of everyone that was in the store. I told him I know what they are, since you know, it’s my mail.He then tells me that it’s up to Tim, his super strict boss. But now that I'm reading the other reviews I see that Tim might end up being just as bad.I emailed Tim explaining what happened.I am already concerned that the people at this location are overstepping boundaries with my mail, and now I’m even more worried about how the owner will respond to my email.I walked in, was lied to and made a fool of in front of other customers. It almost seemed like I was being punished for not picking up my mail long ago.I would take the 1 star reviews seriously with this location. I left very concerned that they are overstepping boundaries with my mail because of how I was treated today. Hence, the email and this review.

Let me start off by saying this place sells boxes. Ok. So I have an item that is being returned and the company I am returning it to is paying for the shipping/packaging. The lady at the counter is not friendly at all. No hi how are you or how is your day going…. Just a what are we doing here? So I gave it right back to her. She proceeds to un-pack the entire box (that the company provided to ship item back) and repacks it in one of their boxes and then tells me to take this box with me to recycle. I said u can’t add it to your dumpster pile. No she says it costs us too much to discard. Ok. So I will never ever go back to this place. Someone else will take my money with a smile and not be worried about if their dumpster is full. Which was a lie. U think waste management cares how much cardboard is in their dumpster. No they show up every other day and dump it and charge them the usual fee. Ok rant over. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Absolutely professional and went above and beyond. Helped me with figuring out and maximizing my value on shipping a large set of dishes. Very good to work with and would return to this store.

Their customer service is always awful. This store in particular is bad, it's worth the drive to go somewhere else.

The staff is rude. Didn't say hello then snatched the package from my hand and scanned it. Even though I told them that this is not the correct shipping label and that I have a separate shipping label, they refused to listen. I didn't say anything after I left.

Horrible terrible customer service and after reading all of the other bad reviews regarding this Taylor road location apparently I am not the only one who has experienced bad customer service at this ups location. And please consider hiring employees who aren’t Racist so sad very.

Everyone always great there .. have been using this store for many years.. workers always kind personable & knowledgeable.. I’ve had them pack a couple of times for me when items being sent are precious & pricey - total perfection & arrives on time & perfect condition. This store staff is THE BEST!!

Absolutely ridiculous!! I shipped a gift after paying a shipping fee to Toronto Canada for my sister. Once they got to her house, they asked her to pay 99.00 Canadian dollars to pay. Get this, I paid shipped and no one warned me about a charge the receiver had to pay. I came to the store and none of the workers knew what to do other than saying they can't do anything about and sorry we didn't tell you about the charge that had to be paid. If i knew I would have paid or took my business somewhere else. Who sends a gift and asks the receiver to pay for the gift? So ridiculous. I will never use UPS again and I will never recommend them.

I went to the store 2 weeks ago to do a free Amazon return. The manager was training a girl and not only was he talking down to her, he completely intervened in our process and tried to say that I owe them money for the return to amazon. I told him he was wrong and that they are supposed to print out my label and return in which he then told me the color of the barcode was incorrect. He then proceeded to make me pay for an envelope and pay for my return to amazon. I did not have time to argue as I was late for my job. When I got home I double checked my email and I in fact was correct. The email specifically said UPS would print the label and it was a free return. This is ridiculous and I will not come back to the store for anything.

Do not trust this UPS location to pack and ship your items. I brought in a consignment to send to The Real Real full of designer goods with instructions from the consignment shop to have them packed and shipped at my local UPS store. While the employees were friendly when I was there, I left my items to be packed in their care only to find that a few weeks later, I would receive my box sent back from the real real with bizzarre plastic black tubes filling the box. I can only assume that someone saw the designer labels and stole my items from UPS swapping out the contents of the box before it was sent. It has been months now and the real real has not been able to locate my missing items still. I have heard of issues with theft internally in UPS in the past (my mom had a new computer stolen while it was in transit). But I had all good experiences until now. I am extremely disappointed and upset because I really needed the money from selling those products that I dropped off at the store.

I have visited this location several times. A few times to drop off Amazon and other times to pay for services they provide. I have never had a great experience here but it is convenient. I thought well maybe the gentleman was having a few bad days. I was at the location on October 10th and I assume the manager who was on staff Tim was so rude and condescending to the obvious new person just trying I felt bad for her. Tim was the same person that has been rude to me every time I go there. He was rude everyone that asked him a question and huffed and puffed and it was very clear he does not like his job or wants to be there. I will not return to this location and strongly encourage others to find another shipping store to use.

Employees just stare at you when you walk in, a friendly "can I help whoever is next' would be in order. Made my amazon return but needed help sorting out the codes. The girl just stood there with the scanner in her limp wristed hand without saying a word. She did finally speak when the label printed and said "small'. This is what I needed help with sorting the codes and this is the only reason I'm gibing this store 2 stars. When I was done I said thank you 3 times and got nothing in return. Pathetic store clerk etiquette from all 3 employees (zombies) working on 10-17-2023.
