The lumper or whoever is in charge of telling you your paperwork is ready, sucks. It took over an hour to get my paperwork... that wasn't even from them calling me I went in and asked about it. Get better because this caused me to be late to my pickup because of your ignorance, thus causing my trailer to be late getting...

My experience was excellent! 7am appointment. Arrived at 1am, lot was close to full but they let me park on the property, told me to check in at 0630. Checked in at 0630, empty and out the gate at 0715! Very much appreciated!
