Great pharmacist, Always caring, knowledgeable and professional, and very mild hands when giving a vaccine. I would recommend getting any vaccine from Maged, I hardly felt even a pinch

If I had a choice I would never fill anything here. I was picking up a rx and it was supposed to be 540milliliters. Not being very familiar with the metric system I accepted the 70 ml they gave me. When I went back to ask about it manager Nicole said I was given a bottle that was 540 ml. That's about the size of a bottle of peroxide. After being belittled by this woman, she called a store manager who reviewed security footage, and she said they couldn't see what I received. She immediately gave me the 540 bottle I never got in the first place. I asked her name, which she gave and asked the manager's last name and she refused. This pharmacy screwed up the original prescription and I am ticked off because they are the only ones who carry my medicine. Stay away.

Called about a price on a medication they put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on me when I called back they connect me to the front she connected back to the pharmacy and took another 5 minutes before anybody would answer the phone and then did not want to tell me I guess I was bothering them too much but I won't be doing business there anymore I'll take my business elsewhere

I've been to this location many of times and never have any issues. The cashiers are always friends and super talkative which I appreciate, and they even help me find coupons on most occasions. It's nice they have their best interests in their customers. I recently called the store to ask if they had some products so I wouldn't waist time driving over there. I have a speech impediment and couldn't pronounce "distilled water". I kept trying my best and even spelt it and the women on the phone impatiently snapped and corrected my pronunciation. It was clearly obvious what I was looking for. I usually don't get upset easily but to make the situation worse, I then proceeded to ask for salt she directed me to the manager who then said "I asked the beauty department and they said no." I then asked why would beauty know about the salt, she quickly made this reply. "We don't have it." I think the face to face interactions are great but this location needs to seriously learn phone courtesy. I'll always love Walgreens for a quick in and out errand place, but it was an upsetting experience.
