Went there to pay my FPL bill. First time using the pay location option. The Western Union kiosk opens at 8am, but you are not able to finalize your transaction at the register until 9am. My daughter and I went up there 3x trying to get this done. It was pretty frustrating. Mack was VERY helpful.
Sarah finalized our transaction and was very nice.
* Again ...the kiosk says you can handle your business at 8am, but Walgreens associates cannot finalize your payment until 9am. Show up at 9. 🤣👍🏽

The personnel at the pharmacy have been very rude to me today. My doctor sent the prescription there, and they said they didn't receive it. I had a high fever and I needed it. They didn't care. It was about time to close, and that was more important to them. Additionally, the girl made a paranoid comment, saying, "Did you say you all people?" implying that I made a racist comment when instead I was commenting how bad organized everybody is! She wanted to start a fight or something with a sick client???Ridiculus! No wonder Wallgreen is going down the hill.
UPDATE
This morning I went to Walgreens at Ormond Beach and in ten minutes my medication was ready. Total amount 17 dollars, Tylenol included. I gave the same prescription from the day before, of course. While I was there, I missed a phone call from Walgreens in greens Dunlawton. They left a message saying that my order was delayed because the insurance didn’t send the documents. What??? Why I didn’t have any problem at Walgreens at Ormond Beach??? Once at home, I received a message from Dunlawton Walgreens saying the amount for my prescription was about 57 dollars!!! So why have I paid 14 dollars at Ormond beach???
I called them and I asked for an explanation that didn’t arrive! I will contact the main office and I’ll forward the text message I received from them! I’m Italian and that’s why I must pay more??? I told the girl on the phone that instead of being nasty with customers making false accusations, she should do better her job! I am still sick a lot and I can care less if the pharmacist is white, black,, Asian or Spanish!! All I needed was my medicine but luckily, I haven’t gotten from there. I would have been scammed!!!!

This Walgreens is so dirty! The manager is also dirty! I didn’t catch her name but she had glasses and wavy hair that looks like she has never brushed it! I just can’t imagine anyone picking up medicine or anything healthy at this location! See for yourself!

Pharmacy are slow refill orders. They claim they ordered them and some reason it didn’t get delivered. Then they reorder and be here next day. Then next comes and still not been delivered. So they reordered it and have no idea when it will get delivered.

Husband had emergency dental surgery. Dr. called in med 1hr before we got to Walgreens. Pharmacy tech said "they must have sent it somewhere else. We can't find it. Also says it's too soon to fill it." If you can't see it, how can you see it's too soon to fill? Is once a decade too soon? The Dr office is very close so I go back & Dr calls them and says I sent it to "your location, not any other store." I go back to Walgreens, now they see the prescription, but "don't have enough pills to fill it, and if you only want the few pills we have you'll have to get a whole new prescription sent over." All this red tape over 10 pills?
Wow. Getting pain meds filled for the 1st time in 10 years is enlightening. I don't like the way the pharmacist was giving me rude looks when I was polite & calm, yet confused. Husband was suffering and needed to get home. I've gone here for 20 years. Now I will make sure I go elsewhere. Also, please stop telemarketing me to fill meds we no longer take because you make big money from them.
How ironic a place that sells liquor is worried a legit prescription is gonna be a problem and cause dependence? Hmm

Liquor clerk so rude!. My 16 daughter was in with me in order to avoid waiting outside. Parking lot was sketchy. Instead of informing me nicely as soon as I walked in. She rudely told me she can't sell to me because of minor and I can go to ABC!
I spend thousands of dollars at Walgreens yearly and would appreciate to be treated with respect.

Good pharmacy quick service and friendly associates. Not that much of a variety for products. Would recommend for the pharmacy though.

Extremely frustrating dealing with sales people that don't know enough because they're not trained properly and high personnel turnover. Today the doctor gave me handwritten prescription and a prescription I have been taking for 9 years and had to go back to the doctor four times to revise and fix it for them because the first, second and third sales person didn't read the entire Rx. I wish I could find my generic prescription at a pharmacy that buys from a decent manufacturer whose drugs don't have bad side effects. I had to take an Rx for 9 months that was so mentally distabling! What is it that insurance companies and this pharmacy are not able to understand side effects from generic drugs? Or they just don't want to buy a better quality generic. It's a shame to do that to people in Medicare.
