I used to love coming into this place until I met Tyler wearing a goofy green hat. He’s the manager. I was nine dollar short on my prescription because I don’t get paid till next week. I am having bronchitis and possibly pneumonia. I needed my rescue inhaler. I went to the ER earlier that day. A nice young lady behind me offered to help me with a nine dollars and he gave me a bunch of riff about panhandling and then when I confronted him about it when I was leaving the store, he told me to leave so I just want everybody to be aware that this guy is not a great guy. I mean, I really couldn’t breathe and I get it. It’s not great to ask you for money, but I had no other option. what am I supposed to go back to the ER and spend another few thousand dollars to get a breathing treatment I mean the lady was kind. Thanks Tyler. Make sure you avoid the store at all cost

Horrendous customer service. Tried to get insulin. I was told I needed a prescription for Novolin N which is absolutely not the case. The staff was very rude about this as I was turned away. If they are providing inaccurate information on this front it is frightening to imagine what other incorrect information or advice they are putting out there.

There's a good reason for all of the one star reviews. Pharmacy is completely disorganized and unprepared. We had an insulin prescription on Monday and we're told to return on Wednesday. It is Friday and this is my second visit. They claim to send an email but not there, no phone calls or text, nothing. Beth was apparently in charge but dropped the ball, then Patrick the manager came to talk to me and had nothing helpful to say. They are understaffed and always scrambling to find things that aren't where they should be. You should probably count the pills in your bottle, because I doubt they are accurate. Worst experience ever in a Pharmacy, this was their second blunder in 2 separate orders. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!! Save yourself the stress, any place is better than there.

I am so unhappy with this store, I went to check out and "JAMES" AT CHECKOUT when I came up said "DOORDASH YOU LOOK LIKE THE TYPE" when I came into shop. James was very discriminatory.

Put my meds back 25 hours after my Dr prescribed it. Has never notified me via text that scripts are ready despite me signing up for the alerts multiple times. Auto-refill has never worked despite me signing up multiple times.
Pharmacist gets asked questions by her staff and actively ignores them. Go literally anywhere else for your meds. They don’t care about you here.
The retail staff is awesome though.

I have never had such an issue. Trying to get medication filled for a few weeks now been told it was backordered I waited went back and I was told why don’t you try to order it through Amazon the prescription I thought that was unprofessional that wasn’t the right answer and then today I went back it’s still back, ordered to be told they no longer gonna be carrying it at all and I need to go to Costco which is nowhere near where I live. I don’t understand.

I never had issues with Walgreens and I’ve used them my whole life. They could not get my insurance figured out despite me telling them multiple times. They had me so stressed out because I thought I wouldn’t be able to start my birth control on time despite trying to order multiple times over the last three weeks. I ended up dropping them and going to CVS and when I picked up at CVS they received incorrect insurance information from the transfer from Walgreens. When I gave them my card to confirm my information they told me the price had gone down to nothing since insurance was covering. So Walgreens has lost my husband and myself as customers. That was such an infuriating experience.

Have a coupon to get xarelto for 10 dollars. Been using the coupon for almost 10 years. Walgreens tells me coupon no good anymore.I call the coupon place to be told Walgreens is putting information incorrectly. Walgreens wont call the call the company . So i shi_ out of luck. Now i have to pay 52 dollars for 15 pills instead of 10 dollars.Goodbye Walgreens

Vivian the pharm tech is amazing. Her customer service is impeccable. The waits were super short and she made sure to make me feel like a respected patient whose health concerns could have made me feel embarrassed. However, she spoke with me as though we had known each other for a while. Top notch customer service. Just amazing. This will be my go-to pharmacy here on out. Kindness goes a long way her kindness could have taken me around the world. Thank you Vivian

Heather is an excellent manager and absolutely deserves a raise. She did everything to make sure my order was correct and I will absolutely continue to shop at this location thanks to her. She deserves a huge raise and I know this company can afford it an an ex-employee. Thank you heather!!

This pharmacy has gone down hill. I have used it for years with great success. The greeted everyone, and worked as if they cared. Now the employees watch the pharmacist fill orders as the lines increase. Work the drive first continuously through instead of the long line of people who bothered to come in and also make additional purchases. Gab with each other instead of processing the customers. It’s like they flipped a switch and just don’t care. Shame shame. Go to Chick-fil-a and learn about customer service!
