Wells Fargo used to be a good bank to deal with. Recently everything is a hassle. They are the kings of fees, everything is a fee. Recently my wife and i were trying to set up a trust. We are now on our third trip to a branch. We brought everything with us, provided them every document asked for and now we have to go back a third time because they missed another item. Our other bank helped us through this same process through a secure link and we NEVER had to go to a branch. In addition i wanted to transfer some funds to another bank, usually this can be done via a non-Wells Fargo bank on line transfer. I tried to do this and was given a limit of only 15K. I was told to go to a branch. The only way the branch could help me do this above 15k in any 30 day window was a wire transfer and they wanted $50 to do this. My reason for leaving was interest rates. WF is one of the lowest rates until you threaten to leave then they tell you about a special program. Thgey don't tell you because they wnt to use your mony for almost free. My on line bank notifies be in text they are raising my rate and "Thank you for banking with us" The people at the branch were nice but the policies of this bank are NOT consumer friendly. FIND ANOTHER BANK Steve B.

Terrible bank...even worse branch. I sometimes have to unfortunately go to this branch and one day I walked in and looked over and some guy was texting on his phone in an office ignoring everyone...come to find out it was the manager. Then I get in line and wait for what seems like eternity to do my transaction. Then some guy walks in with no shirt and no shoes and starts being loud...of course the guy in the office on his phone didn't do anything.

Went to the Port Orange branch Friday Feb. 4th to close one account and deposit checks into another account as a POA... went to sign in and guy asked why I was there I told him he said you need to make an appointment (which is ridiculous because there wasn't anyone else there waiting) so I made the appointment for 11:00am Monday. I arrived at 10:53 and signed in at 10:55am. I waited 25 minutes and still nobody to take care of my banking needs. This was my 3rd trip to this branch to take care of this. I will now try another branch and make my 4th trip!! I'm really considering closing all accounts. There are a lot of banks that will service you in a timely manner. I never have this problem with USAA or Bank of America. I would recommend going elsewhere for your banking needs.

The location in a plaza near in Port Orange, Fl beside Big Lots. I walked in and some guy was texting in his phone in the lobby and I thought it was a customer. Come to find out He is the manager and didn't even say hi as he was too busy on his phone laughing at whatever he was looking at! I asked who I needed to get information from and he ignored me and kept looking at his phone. Others were helpful but the manager acted like I was a bother!! Won't go back in this location! You would think Wells learned their lesson about customer service...

We recently had to deal with this branch in order to handle the accounts of our aged Uncle whose affairs we had to assume as we were putting him into a Memory Care facility. It's true what people say they don't answer the phone there, you just go through a carousel of recordings which is very frustrating, but once you go to the branch everyone is very helpful. Ours was a complicated situation, but banker, Joe Spencer was very knowledgable and helpful in getting accomplished what needed to be done, and he did it in a timely fashion. The tellers are friendly and efficient . Aside from not answering their phone, this is an excellent Wells Fargo Branch.

I've had this account over 30 years and through several bank names...but this one is the worst and I was ready to close my accounts and move everything to another bank until I decided to try another branch. This is absolutely the WORST. They NEVER answer the phone (not even before the virus) and Hailee NEVER returns her voice mail messages ( not even BEFORE the virus). I decided one day ( nothing else to do ) to try to get them to answer the phone...I needed to go in...so I put the local number on speed dial and tried over and over for 3 hours...with barely a pause between calls ( nothing else to do and I was more than annoyed)....finally had to call the 800 number and they set up and appointment for a week away!...Think the bank was crowded when I went in? NOPE...I wish. Pick a nother branch....like the one on Beville...they are great.

This review is intended for the lady at the counter named Kayla. I would have to say she might have a bad day today.. NOV 29,2019 but she should be more professional, no smile out from her face, that's ok for me but her face was frown all the time. I usually go to Wells fargo on S. Ridgewood branch but this one is closer to me and I want to switch to this branch but after all with the experience today I have to think again. I came in to deposit the money and I have over 3 accounts with wells fargo including my business account and all I ask for is just a welcoming service not something like this. The way she ask me a question made me feel like she I'm under her and I don't like this feeling.....

This branch is the worst. There's no parking right at the bank. There's always long lines. I needed to see someone on the platform,There were 2 people working and 9 people waiting. After 20 minutes and nobody had been called I left. Need to find a New Bank.

As everybody expects when you walk into a bank there will be lines. But today there was a gentleman stand her name Joe, and I needed his help to reset two of my pin numbers on my ATM cards. It was painless fast and very courteous! This is not the first time that I've had excellent service at this bank from the manager down to the tellers. Thank you Wells Fargo, and everybody that works there. V.

HORRIBLE! It took 25min in the drive thru to cash a check. Also, I was the only patron there. Manager claimed they were busy. Question, with who? Disappointed they closed the branch down the street when they should of closed this branch. Worse branch ever.

Terrible - even for a Wells Fargo. They have been difficult to deal with and are extremely pushy about promotions and sign-ups. I guess that we now know the reason for this, Mr. Stumpf. When I finally went in to close my account, the teller, Amal, informed me that they "didn't want to hear my complaints." Afterwards, instead of closing my account, after I clearly told her (after withdrawing all of my funds), she left the account open puroposefully -- even after two weeks had gone by. This of course is right in line with their fraudulent policies of creating fake accounts for customers. Looks like they're still at it. Read this article and research the subject further:

This branch does not have the best interest of their customer's at the forefront. Watch out for fees which the elderly cannot afford. Look for another bank that has customer service and satisfaction as their number one goal. Not profit.

I wish there was a drive-up ATM. Nevertheless, I am very happy with the level of service that I receive at Wells Fargo. This location has positive, knowledgeable employees.
