They NEVER answer their phone, no matter when you call.I walked in and the employee's were at a desk all chit chatting and no one in the bank.This is why the phone's are not answered.Employee's are not helpful at all.They do not want to be bothered or helpful.

Aweful bank. I deposited $500 in the atm this am. It jammed and said it couldn’t deposit or give my money back. Now I have to wait 2-10 days for my money. So I’m out $500 right now for bills thanks soMuch you joke of a bank

One of your atms doesn’t except $20 bills and it’s been like this for almost a year it’s the biggest inconvenience and is so annoying can you please fix it or get the atm that the new smyrna wells fargo has like this is a problem especially for servers who need these atms to work properly

Mr. Dave and Ms. Amani were super polite and helpful!This branch is a little short staffed, like everywhere ever since Covid, but with a little patience they will take care of all your needs with smiles on their faces.

I am a long-standing customer and wished to enquirer about CD rates. I signed-in as instructed and waited for approximately 30 minutes on the afternoon of 3/13/23. No one seemed to be concerned or respectful about my time. Tomorrow I will move $300K to Fifth Third.

There is usually one of the two drive-through ATMs that is down and out of order, but little to identify it with the green light overhead, you have to pull in to find out. There should be an automatic red light activated when the ATM doesn’t work. I pulled in, then backed out, and saw two others do the same thing.

Terrible bank...even worse branch. I sometimes have to unfortunately go to this branch and one day I walked in and looked over and some guy was texting on his phone in an office ignoring everyone...come to find out it was the manager. Then I get in line and wait for what seems like eternity to do my transaction. Then some guy walks in with no shirt and no shoes and starts being loud...of course the guy in the office on his phone didn't do anything.

Long story Short, Bank Manager is extremely disrespectful.Fuss at me every time I visitThey made my complete change transactions on the floor. They pushed money on a chair to the lobby and left it on the floor for me to bag.Oh, and if you do business, dont ever cash your deposits inside during normal business hours. The bank manager will yell at you for it. But dont get change either, she'll yell at you for not having your account number. Oh and don't forget to say exactly the moment in time you'll be coming in when you order change 24 hrs in advanced. or (guess what) she will yell at you.

Friday Jan21,20221030am...Went to payoff our mortgage...Customer service rep was rude,snapped at my wife.I should have called for the manager,Mishandled the payoff,as observed online Sat...Monday Jan24,i will go to the bank and advise manager about this transaction and poor attitude of the customer re. Other waiting customers were equally,unhappy..Poor customer service.Wells Fargo customer for over 30years...Sat.. I spoke with a corporate customer Service rep, that was great, advised i was correct on the mistake and a change order,would be in progress....Negative results attempting to telephone branch manager..I known a top Exec with Wells Fargo, who will advise the district Manager .....Nothing put poor service at this branch and negative ratings on Yelp,Etc...

Went to the Port Orange branch Friday Feb. 4th to close one account and deposit checks into another account as a POA... went to sign in and guy asked why I was there I told him he said you need to make an appointment (which is ridiculous because there wasn't anyone else there waiting) so I made the appointment for 11:00am Monday. I arrived at 10:53 and signed in at 10:55am. I waited 25 minutes and still nobody to take care of my banking needs. This was my 3rd trip to this branch to take care of this. I will now try another branch and make my 4th trip!! I'm really considering closing all accounts. There are a lot of banks that will service you in a timely manner. I never have this problem with USAA or Bank of America. I would recommend going elsewhere for your banking needs.

The location in a plaza near in Port Orange, Fl beside Big Lots. I walked in and some guy was texting in his phone in the lobby and I thought it was a customer.Come to find out He is the manager and didn't even say hi as he was too busy on his phone laughing at whatever he was looking at!I asked who I needed to get information from and he ignored me and kept looking at his phone.Others were helpful but the manager acted like I was a bother!!Won't go back in this location!You would think Wells learned their lesson about customer service...

after 1 hour and 45 minutes refused to cash a legally documented check from its own customer do not bank withupdate: I see Jessica's reply and why should I already waste more time then I have with wells fargo in Port Orange? Are you gonna compensate me for my one hour and 45 minute wait ? are you gonna compensate me for the time and effort I put into emailing you back and forth about your poor service and poorly trained tellers?
