Gerald was friendly and professional! He determined that the springs were the wrong ones. Manually opening was difficult, so opener couldn't handle load anymore! Great job and everything working great!!

Gerry was great.. came out on a Sunday and recognized the problem and fixed it!! He also stayed and helped us set up our WiFi and app on our phones!!
He didn’t try to sale us on a new opener!!
