Refused to cash personal check from families account while my Father was recovering in Rehab from a fall. Been dealing with them over 20 years with zero issues, never a return or refused check. Left us in very bad situation, will never deal with them again.

Twice this week I’ve wasted my time at this place! First, I CALLED FIRST to make sure that the business check my boss gave me would be ok to cash. My new bank was going to put a 9 , yes NINE day hold on it and I was TRYING to buy a car so I was going to pay the outrageous fee here to cash it! They said “no problem” so I took my time to go in! A business check, written by the business owner rather than payroll because We are switching companies… NOT hand written, had ALL the business info printed in the check, I stood there for 10 minutes while they called and bothered my boss, asked me 100 questions and treated me like a thief just to, at the end, tell me “never mind, we’re can’t cash it after all” then had the nerve to tell me I needed to get another form of payment, like cash, so yes, I’ll tell my boss that his $3000 church isn’t good enough, I need cash lol, yep! Tonight, I go in with my barcode AND id to add money to cash app just to get told since I don’t have the card, they can’t do it then suggest I go somewhere else where they stop doing deposits 2+ hours prior to this conversation! Good thing I knew that already! What’s the point in making sure I have my barcode if I can’t use it! Absolutely useless store altogether!! Never again!!
