“A little late since they repaired my car in 2025, BUT - Quick, accommodating and they take the extra step. I handed them my car A WRECK (slightly dented but I mean very dirty/dusty). They handed me back my car repaired, and thoroughly cleaned. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire team I dealt with.
Even though an accident was a major inconvenience and having a repair/rental sucked, Joe Hudson’s was the best part of it all. Thanks again yall!!!”
“I was hit and run on US 19. The driver drove off as fast as they hit me. My worker's dad is friends with the owner. So I gave them a try, they did a great job! At a great price as I paid out of pocket for the damages! Highly recommend. 5 stars!”
“Had some small rust area on bottom of doors fixed, paint match was good, but 6 months later rust bubble returned, paid $1500 should last longer than that...Revisted with Mark on this issue, misunderstanding on both our parts. He noticed I was broken down and promptly hooked my orange car up and got us off the road and out of danger. So grateful to have such a good man take time out of his day to help us. “Prices are good a little pricey on some things but not their fault the industry went up in automotive paint and body so they have to go up as well which is understandable but they always look out for you when they can and they tell you the deals what they have”
“I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with all Subarus in the area but this is my service location on my 24 Crosstrek and it's been a blessing.
The staff and location are always warm and inviting. The chairs are new in the lobby, they have snacks galore, and are honest. I've never felt I was being ripped off.
Despite my car being 6 months old the construction on 19 has led to a replaced windshield and tires which thank God were covered in my warranty!
So much better than my experiences with Nissan, Ford, and KIA. Glad I made the switch.”
