They removed rub rail, covered boat,sanded,, removed plastic cleaned up dust, recovered and painted it. They also buffed out white fiberglass underneath paint. Three coats of clear over paint . “Had some small rust area on bottom of doors fixed, paint match was good, but 6 months later rust bubble returned, paid $1500 should last longer than that...Revisted with Mark on this issue, misunderstanding on both our parts. “Had an appointment with Ariana on a Sunday. Said she would have the keys to vehicle in hand before we got there. We arrived, She had keys in hand and put us with a Salesman. Handed him a list of cars we were interested in seeing. He pulled up the first car, said go test drive it and he will have the next car ready to go by the time we returned, and he did. Not once did they take our driver's license to copy or run my sister's credit first. All n all. The BEST dealership experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle over the past 40 years. No sales / dealership games that usually happens when trying to buy a vehicle. Definitely would recommend buying your next vehicle at this dealership.”

“All car dealerships have their scam deals with nitro air and protection packages and so on. They want to beef up their revenue. A typical term is "we recommend" however, in the end, you only need to follow the manufactures service booklet. Yet, forgetting about all of those issues, I do have to admit, the service department of this dealership in Port Richey is absolutely top notch. And because of this, I would drive from Largo to Port Richey for all of my service on my Subaru Ascent. I could have returned to a local Subaru dealership in St. Pete. They proved to me on more than one occasion they could be trust worthy and I never had one issue with my vehicle after having them conduct the regular maintenance. After every visit, I felt secure in knowing I would not have any trouble with my Ascent. And, I did not! The other important issue I noticed was the Service Department employees appeared very happy in their positions. Lots of smiles, sharing information and so on. And when they approach you, in the waiting area, they are friendly and professional at all times. While I am not a fan of Lokey's other dealerships (Nissan and VW) in Clearwater, I have to give a big shout out for the Subaru dealer in Port Richey.”

“Everything started off great, they were very professional and polite. There were the usual delays you would get with any body shop. And the date of completion got pushed back a couple times which I find completely acceptable these days. When I had to take the car back for something very minor they ask me why I had to give them such a negative review on thier corrporate site. (7 out of ten) I felt ganged up on which pissed me off, its not like I gave them a 2. instead of saying we're sorry and just taking care of the issue that took them all of five minutes. That should have been that. I would have driven away happy and would not have felt the need to write this review. Apparently corporate is not interested in learning from their mistakes. They are just interested in punishing their employees with these surveys. They explained to me that anything less than a 10 on their survuy was considered a failure. Ok then you Failed. How dare they put me in a position of having to defend my survey. I don't really blame the guys working there If that's the way it work, I blame corporate. I'm satisfied with my repairs and the resolution of the problem. My advice if you use them, don't fill out the corporate survey unless you plan on giving them all tens you dont want to be brow beatten over your true feelings on how things went.... I felt like they were saying to me, give us all tens or don't bother filling out the survey because we don't want to hear It!Services: Painting”

“Great experience! Based on the reviews I would have thought otherwise but they proved me wrong. They took my roadside assistance call that 2 others companies canceled on. He had my car up on the flat bed that I requested for my 4x4 Jeep and on the way to the (CORRECT) shop within 10 mins or less. Used tire straps as well and made sure to drive the proper speed limit all the way, couldn’t have asked for a better service! It was covered through insurance but I still tipped. After the long day I had I was ready to just give up waiting after trying with 2 different tow companies before them, I’m glad I ended up with you guys for my 3rd and final try. Well worth the wait, and I will definitely recommend this company or use it again myself if needed!”
