“I went down to the AutoZone on 52. The woman was very rude today and acted like I was a problem. She was on the phone with somebody when she was helping me and ended up hanging up on them. She was so rude. Couldn’t help me said she couldn’t bring up anything off my phone number.
I get in the car call Clayton on Ridge Road and Heath pulls it right up tells me to come down there and helps me out immediately. He was very friendly. Great customer service.

“I tried twice to make an appointment via phone. Both times , it was an AI voice answering. After not being able to get any answers, I was shunted to a voicemail. I left my name, number and a brief message both times. I never received a call back. My son suggested trying an online appt. This worked fine, and both the mechanics and the service manager did their job very well.
i do feel that it is bad business not to return phone calls. I guess they saved a couple of bucks getting rid of an employee. Never ran a business, but I'm sure I'd do that better.

“A little late since they repaired my car in 2025, BUT - Quick, accommodating and they take the extra step. I handed them my car A WRECK (slightly dented but I mean very dirty/dusty).
