Hertz contacted us the day before we were to leave for our trip and to attend FIFA World Cup and told us they didn't have the vehicle we reserved and needed... What an upset! Mario at Hertz in Port Richey was the absolute BEST! He really came through for us!! Worked so hard and pulled a lot of strings to get us the vehicle we needed on time!!
