I haven’t done business with this company, however, I did look into financing last week just to see what it was all about. I’ve now been called a multitude of times, the most recent being today. While I was teaching my class, I get a call from a local number that isn’t saved as a contact so I sent it to voicemail. Immediately, the guy called back, so I was thinking it may be an emergency with one of my kids. So, I stop teaching my class to answer the call and the guy tells me he’s calling from Conn’s. I immediately told him I’m a teacher and in class but answered because he called back twice and I thought it was an emergency. He was kind of snarky and said he would call me back.Don’t bother. I’ve blocked the number. And I would never be a customer simply because of their phone tactics.

I am leaving a 5 star review for Nayeli the customer service representative that handled my account today. She is the picture of what a customer representative should be. She handled everything quickly, correctly, and double checked to make sure I understood and that everything was right. Ms. Nayeli should be held in the highest regard in her position. Other companies should take notes on the professionalism that she exemplifies. In my opinion She should be promoted to a higher position within the company, she is an asset. Thank You Ms Nayeli.

Very unknowledgeable and pushy staff, we were looking to buy a new washer and dryer and ended up finding a better deal, after we left they ran our credit without our consent and continue trying to get us to finance and buy through them, we bought our units outright from another retailer and they are refusing to withdraw the credit report they pulled without our knowledge or consent. They also will not stop calling us to come back and open and use said line of "credit" after we've repetitively asked them to stop.DONT GO HERE, THEY WILL RUN YOUR CREDIT IN AN ATTEMPT TO FORCE YOU TO DO BUSINESS WTH THEM.

My wife and I went into the New Port Richey store to look for a couch. A sales associate approached and was told that we would seek him out if we needed assistance because my wife has severe social anxiety.We tried a few sofas and he approached again giving a speech about financing, I thanked him and told him again that we would look for him if we needed help.We found a sofa and love seat that we liked, and because of his inability to listen to the customer, we chose to purchase the item online. I did the pre-approval and placed them in my cart to find that it was out of stock.The sales person, Logan, approached us yet again so I told him that we were leaving the store because he would not listen and leave us alone. He proceeded to tell me that we had been in the store for 30 minutes and that this isn't a Walmart. A manager had to step in to get him to cease his verbal assault.Despite being approved for 6k in credit and finding a set that we liked, we will never be shopping with Conn's, and I will most certainly deter anyone I know from doing the same.Beware of those who cannot allow others to shop without being pushy.

*UPDATE*: I emailed as they requested and they never responded. Further proof that they just dont care. *END UPDATE - 10/30/2023*I have never had a more horrible experience than my visit this past Saturday. If zero stars were possible, that is what they would have earned.We needed a new living room set, so we thought we would stop by since we received a flier in the mail and have never heard of them. The showroom is large, though many of the pieces are similar.The minute we walked in, a large slovenly individual introduced himself as Logan. I have social anxiety and sales people are triggering for me. They make walking around and trying out furniture very stressful. My husband explained to this man that I have anxiety and that if we need something, we will come get him.We sat on a few sofas, and within 10 minutes, Logan was back again to tell us about finance options. My husband let him finish, and I was close to tears, ready to leave. He was so invasive and persistent. He reminded Logan that we would find him if we needed anything, but please let us look in peace.Ten more minutes passed, and we thought we found a sofa set we wanted. My husband opted to order it online since Logan would not leave us alone. The website said it wasn't in stock, and we didn't want the floor model.As we stood up to leave, Logan came charging over again. My anxiety was now causing me to hyperventilate, and my hands were shaking. He said he could look up that model if we wanted. My husband was now livid. He advised Logan that we had asked him repeatedly to leave us alone because of my anxiety, but he wouldn't listen. As a sales manager and trainer, he offered him some free advice that his number one duty was to listen.Logan apparently did not care for this information because he became aggressive towards us! He stated that we had been in the store for 30 minutes (a small amount of time when one is choosing furniture), and this wasn't Wal-mart. I assume that was to be some kind of economical dig at us, but my husband said that he would alert corporate to this interaction. Logan kept advancing towards my husband, raising his voice, and making some derogatory remarks. My FOF (fight or flight) kicked in, and I told him to stop as I was walking as quickly as I could to do the door. I was mortified and having a panic attack due to Logan and his behavior, which upset my protective husband.The store manager (older woman, blondish medium length hair, wore a white button-down and black slacks) told Logan to stop it, and I had reached the door. We went to our car and ultimately opted to purchase a lovely set from Rooms to Go across the street.While we were looking around the RTG store, my husband's phone ran. Apparently, Logan pulled the online credit application that was approved for my husband! He got his phone number off the application and called to continue his verbal assault!! My husband said that he wasn't going to speak with him and hung up the phone. After calming down in the parking lot, that man had the audacity to call, which piqued my anxiety once more.My husband contacted corporate via email (or possibly on here), and all they did was offer to help him get the sofa via their e-commerce department. It was disgusting. There was no offer acknowledgment of Logan's unprofessional and inappropriate behavior or apology at all! If you need new furniture, do not go to this place. Go anywhere else, as this company clearly doesn't care about their customer.

Delivery team is incompetent, putting everything together wrong. Multiple pieces of the furniture was broken. The couch metal cuts us Everytime we need to get something from underneath. Literally the furniture just looks good but it is AWFUL. Also, Conn's, no need to reach out to me because you have done literally nothing in the past for us.

This is by far the nicest Conn's I have been in. Well set up and very clean. And the staff was so helpful!!Will Definitely be buying more products from this location.

Donavon greeted us at the door with a smile on his face ready to help us find what we were looking for, he was very polite and professional. This makes our second purchase with Conn's and we will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this place! ?

Horrible experience!Would not recommend Conn’s HomePlus. I ordered about $5,000 worth of merchandise & all I can say is both the Furniture & Appliances are poor quality, they might even be refurbished items. I've reached out so many times, no one seems to want to hold themselves accountable & or help. At this point, I need Mr. Norman Miller to reach out to me directly. Because this is just terrible

I bought 2 couches from this place and upon delivery one of the couches was broken. I was told to email pictures and send them threw text and here I am over a week later with the same couch. I call to talk to a manager and get told that my salesperson will follow up with me later, unable to speak to a manager!! Not happy with the customer service at all, I don't want a couch that is broken and have to pay premium price!!! I just want it replaced like the first lady said it would be!!Horrible customer service!!!

After losing all of my personal belongings due to the floods of Huriicane Idalia this week and feeling defeated I walked into Conns with the intent of purchasing just a mattress. Meghan was exceptional. She showed compassion and empathty but most importantly patience with me and my 50 questions. I recommend to all to place your orders where you matter. Where they consider your needs first. Thank you for the excellent service. I am glad you all are who get to serve the residents of Pasco County. Your quality service was exceptional.

I was in the store recently and WOW! The customer service is spot on! Came in looking for a bedroom set for an affordable price and got what I was looking. Best part was had it delivered in less than 5 DAYS. WOW!!! CONN’s are NOT a bunch a Conn’s after all!!! THEY REALLY MAKE SURE THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE PUT FIRST AND I LOVE THAT. They walked me through every step of the way in detail too. They called me to make sure I was ready for my product AND called me after to see if I was satisfied. Regardless how busy they were. That right there, is 100% the business I want. I will definitely come back.They have literally everything you could be looking for in a home, on top of that GREAT financing options for everyone. well worth the trip. :) I recommend the company and I thank the amazing people in Conn’s home plus in port Richey Florida!
