Brandy is my hero! I needed pictures printed out for a lawsuit, and didn't know how to print some pictures because they were located in my phone's internal storage rather than my camera roll. Brandy initially said she didn't know how to do it either, but sat down and FIGURED OUT HOW TO DO IT! So I got ALL my pictures for my lawsuit printed because of her. I am eternally grateful! She needs a raise. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help me out!🥰

I always come to the CVS but today so the gentleman that was working at the front with the longer hair in the glasses. He is so nice and he explains the cash back on the self check out to T. Everything I needed to know and I appreciate that and he was very kind. You never know what someone’s going through and I see you and I appreciate you and your kindness.

Tonight our cashier was Nicholas I hope I spelled his name correctly, he was an absolute pleasure. He encouraged my husband to reactivate his ExtraCare rewards to save extra money. Nick also informed us the milk we picked out was about to expire and encouraged us to pay attention to the dates and find another one. Very keen eye for detail. Also very helpful when I needed to get a few lighters with my purchase. Very patient, kind and friendly, looking forward to seeing Nick again. Keep up the great work!

First time visit. CVS cashier is excellent. Greeted me with smile. Directed me to correct aisle for CVS cortisone on sale.
At register she process my transaction quickly in a professional manner. Highly recommend this location.

came to this CVS to urgently pick up hospice medication for my mother. After a long, stressful delay in getting the prescription, I purchased a small item at the counter. The payment didn’t go through, which I understand happens—but instead of politely letting me know inside, an employee named Adrain followed me outside and awkwardly asked me for the candy I had just bought.
It felt accusatory and unnecessary. A simple, respectful explanation would have been the professional thing to do—especially given the emotional weight of the situation.
Do better. Train your staff in basic customer communication and how to treat people with respect, especially when they’re clearly under stress.

Been using this location for pharmacy for several years. Good service and do their best to help. Shout out to Liz who I normally see when I pick up. Very nice and efficient.
