This is by far one of the worst pharmacies that my family has ever used. They never have my husband's medication in stock who suffers from colonic tonic status ellipticus seizures- the worst known to the medical community. We all have been customers for numerous years, but that obviously does not guarantee that the medication that they are obligated to fill is never available when the date comes around for his medication to be filled. They like to blame their new system, but they obviously override their system to fill for new patients when they have patients who have been filling at their location for MULTIPLE years on end who are then left in the dust and told that a medication that they take, they won't have and will likely need to be hospitalized (especially with my husband's case) but the meds COULD POSSIBLY be available within 2 days to a WEEK . All keeping in mind that he fills his seizure medication and this other medication to prevent his seizures. I have been mocked by staff, if you want to call them anything professional you'll soon see that their actions do not portray anything in the professional manner. They now have a voicemail setup to where they no longer have to answer calls, they don't call you back, but then they berate you in belittle you for not calling ahead when you receive a text message and when the application states that your medication is ready to be picked up. I have never been treated with such disrespect and belittled to the point where I feel the need to warn others about what you will encounter when you go to this Pharmacy. If you're lucky, you might get someone during a good day who is nice but still unable to do their job. My husband has to walk to and from the pharmacy, equaling over 4 MI. And he has been turned away on numerous occasions with documentation and text messages stating that his medication was ready to be picked up. Customers beware.

I like going to that cvs, employees there are so helpful and friendly. They always asked you how can they help you or help you find the products or any items in the store. I have been going there for 17 years now not one single time they were rude to me. I will recommend everyone to shop there. ❤️❤️❤️❤️they’re nice .

CVS Pharmacy on Ridge and Regency Park in Port Richey knows how to take care of thier clients. My Hroup Insurance recently changed to CVS as the preferred pharmacy and I signed up for the CVS subscriptions. The cashier at the front of the store was very knowledgeable and helped me save over $10 with subscription discounts and I even got additional coupons to use on items I really use. I will tell everyone I know to switch to CVS!!!

Apparently there can remove bad reviews?I submitted a long lengthy explanation for the absolute worst CVS drive though experience, and I can’t locate this morning!EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional both times back to back: 3/6 between 6:45-7:00 pm: drive through pick up.was told the “there are other customers I have to get to. We are understaffed “And again 3/7 between 4:45-5:00 same drive though, different “person” .She told me “if I didn’t know what medication I was on and why, I shouldn’t be getting it anyway”! I had just gone ER, in horrible pain .I ended up sobbing in my car still at drive through… and was tested with TOTAL indifference and condescension.Returning today to get names of both girls and contacting cooperate office.Not not use this cvs Pharmacy!

Calling as a person that works in a doctors office on the provider means nothing to these. If they would communicate better with their customers I would not have to call. This location is the most rude. Calling for 2 hours and hearing someone pick up then place you on hold is bad customer service and I am calling from the doctors office. I have had many complaints from this CVS in particular.Everyone sounds like they are miserable and even had one pharmacist made a sound like I was bothering by looking up a patient’s medication.Absolutely unprofessionally. Never have this problem from Walgreens , Publix, or even Walmart. At least they answer the phone. Maybe they need to hire a receptionist. Because not being able to talk to anyone at a pharmacy for over 2 hours is ridiculous!!!

The pharmacy closes for lunch now??? What about the people who don't have time to wait an hour to pick up their medications? Now I have to wait until tomorrow to pick my medications. Thanks CVS, I will not be coming back.

I've never had a negative experience here. Always have scripts ready and call when they are. I've read a lot of bad reviews, but I go there a lot as my mom needs several meds and have always had a good experience.

What pharmacy does not talk with customers on phone except for Doctors. CVS directory on phone ?one will never get to talk to the pharmacy, instead you get to leave a voice message. Like a pharmacist is a secretary. CVS you are asking a lot from your medical professionals. Having less staff is a thing today , tomorrow and the next day.

I have called two days in a row to get my son's seizure meds filled and I am left leaving a voicemail with no call backs. The new voice mail system sucks especially if no one calls back. Very poor customer service. I will keep calling and leaving messages. My son needs these meds.
