Apparently there can remove bad reviews?I submitted a long lengthy explanation for the absolute worst CVS drive though experience, and I can’t locate this morning!EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional both times back to back: 3/6 between 6:45-7:00 pm: drive through pick up.was told the “there are other customers I have to get to. We are understaffed “And again 3/7 between 4:45-5:00 same drive though, different “person” .She told me “if I didn’t know what medication I was on and why, I shouldn’t be getting it anyway”! I had just gone ER, in horrible pain .I ended up sobbing in my car still at drive through… and was tested with TOTAL indifference and condescension.Returning today to get names of both girls and contacting cooperate office.Not not use this cvs Pharmacy!

Calling as a person that works in a doctors office on the provider means nothing to these. If they would communicate better with their customers I would not have to call. This location is the most rude. Calling for 2 hours and hearing someone pick up then place you on hold is bad customer service and I am calling from the doctors office. I have had many complaints from this CVS in particular.Everyone sounds like they are miserable and even had one pharmacist made a sound like I was bothering by looking up a patient’s medication.Absolutely unprofessionally. Never have this problem from Walgreens , Publix, or even Walmart. At least they answer the phone. Maybe they need to hire a receptionist. Because not being able to talk to anyone at a pharmacy for over 2 hours is ridiculous!!!

The pharmacy is wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They take care of my needs. The store is kept clean too.

The pharmacy closes for lunch now??? What about the people who don't have time to wait an hour to pick up their medications? Now I have to wait until tomorrow to pick my medications. Thanks CVS, I will not be coming back.

I've never had a negative experience here. Always have scripts ready and call when they are. I've read a lot of bad reviews, but I go there a lot as my mom needs several meds and have always had a good experience.

What pharmacy does not talk with customers on phone except for Doctors. CVS directory on phone ?one will never get to talk to the pharmacy, instead you get to leave a voice message. Like a pharmacist is a secretary. CVS you are asking a lot from your medical professionals. Having less staff is a thing today , tomorrow and the next day.

I have called two days in a row to get my son's seizure meds filled and I am left leaving a voicemail with no call backs. The new voice mail system sucks especially if no one calls back. Very poor customer service. I will keep calling and leaving messages. My son needs these meds.

To the two ladies working the pharmacy drive-thru on 12/18/2023 at 3:43 PM that wasted 45 minutes of my time y’all should absolutely be fired! If you don’t like your job, then please quit because everyone’s health is more important than your gross negligence and lack of work ethic … the fact that I can’t even relay the situation before y’all making nasty derogatory remarks is uncalled for. I’m sorry you’re unhappy with your profession, but if that’s the case then please don’t be the first response to those who need their medication. Thank god y’all aren’t doctors ??

If I could give this CVS location some minus stars, I would. I was waiting at the drive thru and there are 3 cars in front of me; waited and waited. I finally got off the line and went inside thinking that it would faster, but to my surprise there was three other people in front of me;m. As I waited and waited, I mheard different conversations behind the counter on which cookies they liked to bake or liked best dilly dallying around and couldn’t find customers’ prescriptions. Silly conversations continued while customers, including myself, were getting annoyed waiting on line. I could see that there was plenty of workers behind the counter and non of then acknowledged that we were even there. They had one register opened and finally another cashier decided to open. It was my turn to go up and decided to get out my Caremark card to show the cashier and to make easier for her to look at my last name printed on the card and on myself so I didn’t have to spell it out. She looks at the card and says “we’ll, do you have a birth date”? Sarcastically. I said “I’m here aren’t I”? Gave my birth date, she got my prescription, I paid and not a thank you or an apology out her mouth. It is terrible how they treat customers even at the window by a different attendant. A CVS district manager should view these terrible reviews and do something about this place.

I was cautious visiting here with all the bad reviews and - for some reasons at least - I can understand what people are disappointed with as the staff are not friendly or warming.However, I'm here on holiday for two months and I needed a steroid spray for really severe hay-fever that I have constantly. I showed the pharmacist a photo of the spray I get on prescription in Ireland and he looked at the photo and had one for me in a few seconds. I was relieved to say the least.
