Dollar General Port Richey offers everyday essentials at affordable prices from right around the corner. The stores provide everyday low prices on frequently-needed items including food, snacks, health and beauty aids, cleaning supplies, basic apparel, housewares, seasonal items, paper products and more from America's most-trusted brands and products, along with Dollar General's high-quality private brands. This location sells Alcohol and Tobacco, and customers can save even more with the myDG program. Customers praise the store as a go-to all-in-one shop, especially on days when they're in a hurry, as it offers the same brands as other department and grocery stores but at cheaper prices. Shoppers can use the app to clip digital coupons, and the store often has promotions like a "spend $25, get $5 off" deal. Customers can find a wide range of products, from makeup and hair dye to medicines, pet supplies, and clothing. The staff is generally friendly, though some customers note that employees may follow them around. However, many customers highlight the excellent customer service provided by specific employees, such as an older gentleman named Joe who was very helpful. Overall, the Dollar General Port Richey location is well-received, with one customer noting it's "pretty good" and the only reason it didn't get a 5-star rating was due to a rude employee.
