  The bathrooms are dirty there is toilet paper stuffed under the sink some of the workers are rude ther is a camera in the bathroom that is an invasion of privacy 100% do not recommend

  I've been to just about every Dollar Tree around here looking for a certain item and I was just about to give up and lo and behold I found it there! Plus I found a lot of stuff there that the other Dollar Trees did not have. This is going to be my go to store from now on 😊

  This stores ok best Dollar Tree is at SR 52 and Little Road Hudson FL. They have everything from soup to nuts. And it's clean.

  I usually never complain about small things but when I speak to a store manager and he looks at me like iam stupid, we have a BIG PROBLEM!! Iam tax exempt and have alway been given the tax exempt at this store, today I was shopping for some supplies and once I paid the cashier said she didn’t know how to input tax exempt code so she called manager. He looked very disheveled and looked like he was sleeping in back office. He input the info a led supposedly I was given the tax exemption. To my surprise after I paid and got my receipt, I noticed I was charged tax, I told him I was still charged and all he could say was I did what I know and I can’t help you!! Iam sorry but as a damm store manager if you don’t know what you’re doing, you shouldn’t be in that position!!! Especially if you look like all you’ve been doing is sleeping and haven’t showered it god knows how long!!! ? they need to do better and this guy should be demoted so he can relearn his job!!!

  My child was deeply insulted in this branch. Furthermore, a review that I submitted in August was deleted. Area manager David has not addressed the issue to date. I've had to follow up by email at least 20 times now. The last email came with a message saying that someone had already spoken to me and that the case was now closed. Hello .... is it still working? No, it's not settled and I won't stay calm until my child's case has been dealt with with an apology. To insult a 12 year old child like that is an impudence. It would be advisable to train the staff...

  Who is this frizzy haired girl working here tonight at 7pm on Dec 5?? Black hair , glasses and horrible attitude. Doesn't greet you. Doesn't say thank you. I had questions and she shuffled me along and as I was talking to her and started ringing up The guy behind me and talking to them. Why let somebody so miserable Who clearly hates her job and other people -interact with customers?? I will be calling corporate. She Wouldn't even look at me when I was asking her questions. Wouldn't help me at all when I needed help... Just Kept her head down and started ringing up somebody else as I was still asking questions about my purchase and my receipt and ur was still my turn. She may no effort to even help resolve my issue or re-ring my purchases. So unbelievably rude and unhelpful and condescending.

  If I could rate less I would. I understand that most retail workers are overworked and underpaid however the interaction I had in this store on Sunday was unacceptable. Apparently you have to purchase gift cards from a manager only which is not posted anywhere in the store. The regular store employees are not willing to help you with these. They are also not willing to give you gift card receipts when you make gift card purchases. I have never seen such nasty and rude attitudes, my concerns have been turned into their corporate office and I really hope they get the training they so badly need.
