This company should be ashamed of the way they treat loyal employees. Michelle dedicated nearly 14 years of her life here, always showing up, always dependable. After all that time, they made her work her shift and then fired her on the spot, claiming she didn’t ‘generate enough revenue.’ She is 61 years old and has given nothing but commitment and reliability, and this is how they repay her? It’s disgraceful, heartless, and shows exactly how little they value the people who keep their business running

My mother-in-law gave almost 14 years of her life to this business. She was reliable, loyal, and hardworking — the kind of employee any company should value. Instead of recognizing her dedication, they had her work her shift and then fired her, claiming she wasn’t ‘generating enough revenue.’ After over a decade of service, that excuse is insulting. At 61 years old, this is how they chose to treat someone who consistently showed up and gave her all. This company clearly does not value loyalty or people, only numbers. Very disappointing and disgraceful way to treat long-term employees.

Do NOT recommend this place. Letting go a loyal employee is insane especially knowing her family conditions. Shame on this company and managers.

It’s extremely disappointing to hear how my aunt Michelle was treated after giving over a decade of her life and loyalty to your business. Making her work her full shift before firing her — right before her 14-year anniversary, no less — shows a complete lack of respect. Then to spin it to others as if she “retired” is misleading and unfair.
If you weren’t satisfied with her work or her ability to bring in clients, the professional and respectful approach would’ve been to communicate that and give her the chance to improve or adjust. Instead, you blindsided someone who gave years of dedication to your salon.
The lack of care and transparency in this situation speaks volumes about how you value your employees. Longevity, loyalty, and dedication clearly don’t mean much here.
Honestly, based on what I’ve read in your reviews, I don’t imagine many clients will be rushing in to work with other stylists.

Michelle was the best hair stylist in this place and I had an appointment with her and I got a call saying she retired. When I heard the news I called Michelle to congratulate her on her retirement and she was confused. I’m a loyal customer to Michelle this establishment should be appalled for lying to their loyal customers regarding appointments. Thank god I’m close with Michelle and we met up and I got my hair cut at her new location.

If I could give it a -10 I would Lydia sucks she can’t cut hair and she doesn’t listen. Had to pay more money to get my hair fixed because of the Dora explorer botch job. When I called to complain Donnie did nothing.

I am absolutely appalled by the way my mom's departure was handled by this company. They are falsely stating that she retired, when in reality, she was let go without the respect or recognition she deserved after years of hard work and dedication. This kind of misrepresentation is not only unprofessional, but it also shows a complete lack of respect for the employees who help build the business. It's deeply frustrating to see a company fail to be honest about their actions, and I hope this serves as a wake-up call for them to reconsider how they treat their staff moving forward.

Went in yesterday for a trim. Specifically said an inch or two and that I wanted to keep my length. Didn't realize how much Michelle was cutting off until it was too late. I'm getting married on Saturday and my hair looks like crap. It's too short. She can't frame a face and I've been crying since yesterday. I will NEVER go back to this location again. You shouldn't be cutting hair if you don't know the difference between 2 and 6 inches. So yeah. Totally ruined my plans for my hair on my wedding and now I have to look stupid and be reminded of the worst haircut I've have in my adult life every time I look at my wedding pictures.

I have to say that I was really worried about doing my own hair and going from my blue balayage I did myself to starting over with a fresh slate so I can do a regular balayage down the road again- but I discovered Millie @ the Port Richey Fantastic Sams and I’m going to be her new loyal client!! She did SUCH a killer job fixing the mess I had done at home and ended up helping me keep length, getting rid of a lot of dead hair, and still managed to put a beautiful two tones in ? . I am SO thankful I found you, Millie!
Stylist: Millie was the best!!!!!!!!! She advised she’s only been here since January but oh my goodness. As someone who was loyal to my last hair stylist for 5 years and could no longer go to them, I am so thankful for how calm, laid back, kind, receptive, and talented Millie is!!

I feel so bad leaving this review, as I am a stylist as well, and I understand we all have our strengths and weaknesses, but I am very disappointed in my experience here.
When I called and I asked if anyone was comfortable with the cut I requested ahead of time, I was told yes. The first mistake of many.
I showed the photos and asked if it could be done, I wanted to leave as much length as possible in the front, but that I am not too picky. Hair is hair, it grows back. I paid for a wash cut and blow dry. It was very cheap, so that’s a positive! I guess I got what I paid for.
I admit my hair was oily when I came in, but I feel it was not washed well enough, it was still greasy and slightly damp after leaving the shop upon paying for a blow dry. Yet she still burned my scalp when drying. I blamed it on myself being sensitive to the heat, but I’m not. That babybliss blow dryer gets very hot I have the same one, you never put it that close to the scalp.
Now if those were the only issues I wouldn’t have even bothered to say anything. The issues I have was I said I wanted a wispy back, *I have attached a photo of the preferred cut* and to leave as much as possible in the front as mentioned before. It was not even, *aside from the intentional unevenness in the front* very choppy, and she dog eared my cut. *a term basically saying she did not over direct the area around the ears enough and left a visible hole in the style* Not to mention, much more was taken off the length in the front, even though I requested to keep it long. *attached photo of before*
I didn’t get my hair cut at my salon because I like trying out new places for new experiences. When I arrived at work, I didn’t see how bad it was until it was fixed for me. However, this is something that needs to be addressed. I did say I loved it, but I could only see the front well and didn’t realize until I left that it was still dirty, damp, and uneven.
I feel like I lit my 36 bucks plus tip on fire. I went home, rewashed and dried it, then a couple days later I paid for it to be recut at my workplace.
However I would like to mention, she was a really nice lady. I do really feel bad about this, but I figured I’d be through so this mistake hopefully does not happen to anyone else.
Requested style: Asymmetrical inverted bob
Stylist: Older lady, been doing it for 30 years I believe, was very nice.
