I'm not too pleased with a current transaction. I withdrew $1350.00 and asked for hundreds. The teller told me she couldn't do that right now. There were 5 employees, I assume one was a branch manager, and NO other customers. I almost said, "it's not that you can't. You just don't want to." I normally get good service, just not on this day.

I sent an online request (15 Aug 2021) about membership requirements. I still have not received a response. I understand if it takes a day or two but five? I may not qualify for membership, and thats ok, but not responding tells potential customers you don't care.

Great credit union! I’ve banked with Suncoast and Grow Financial for several years, but I would consider this credit union a notch above them!

I worked with John the guy who has a "little tooth" he explained things very clearly and was able to address all of my concerns as well as adapt to my needs. I received nothing but respect and patience Thank you guys!

The guy with the small tooth is extremely rude always has been. He always ask very aggressive , rash unnecessary question. He also has flat out chose to not service me or my friend before. I will be changing banks next week. I'm tired of coming to my bank and leaving discussed in human behavior.

I went into this establishment and was not even greeted just gave me a look of "what do you want" How dare you walk in here. I was told I am eligible to open an account but got the feeling I was not wanted. Very rude, no customer service, no welcoming smile. Will never return.
