Was charger on my account for web root and I don't have it. Not happy.

The staff was very helpful. My iPhone needed to be restored so they tried everything they could to help me but the hardware inside was broken. I had an appointment with Apple and they confirmed what Best Buy told me and I had to buy a new phone.
